Beautiful, peaceful condo and beach!

We very much enjoyed our stay and spending time on our balcony overlooking the bay. It was a two minute walk to the beach, which we walked most mornings. Unfortunately, our condo's elevator was out of service while we were there.

Love the location—quiet beach, nice pool and hot tub! Only one mishap—condo was not cleaned upon arrival—called manager and they immediately sent a cleaning team!

As advertised. This was a great experience. Beautiful relaxing well maintained property. Very nice 1 bedroom. Quiet area with easy private beach access. Would definitely visit again.

Sunset Beach

I have stayed on Treasure Island for a few weeks the past 2 years and decided to book 2 weeks in a condo at Lands End this year because the complex looked beautiful and was located in my favorite area with direct beach access to Sunset Beach. This was a perfect rental for me and the unit contained everything possible that I could need. Great location in the complex, nice water views and close to the pool and hot tub. While the weather was not so great for my 2 weeks stay I still enjoyed my time there. Would definitely rent this condo again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very nice stay, gate entrance was nice, assigned parking space was nice, room was nice. We did feel that the people before us did not leave the unit in as good of shape as they should. In particular the dishes in the cabinet were greasy and some had crumbs on them. Seemed like they were wipe off and put away. stainless was suspicions as well.

The location is excellent if you want a laid back vacation in the sun, yet a location that is within easy access to shopping and/or major tourist venues. The support we got from Resort Rentals was excellent and the minor problem we had with the WiFi was resolved very quickly. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Disappointed

Adequate unit but not impressed. Cleanliness of unit was only fair. Sheets were pilly and rough. Cheapest toilet paper and scott towels. Dirty fridge and shower with used soap and someone’s hairs. Resort Rentals did not reply to my email. Nice area, just would not rent this unit again.

We’ve rented there through RR many times and never had a parking fee but RR did not inform us of this ahead of time. We also called a Few days before our arrival asking about red tide and was told no problem. I understand red tide comes and goes but we had difficulty breathing, our eyes watered and hurt and many people were coughing and sneezing. So I guess it’s the responsibility of renter to ascertain conditions not RR.

Our first trip to St Petersburg

Lots of to do right there. The place was a little dirty and no batteries in the remotes. I had to remount the rollers on track so the closet doors wouldn't fall on one of us. There was a screen door behind the couch, several burnt out bulbs, and a broken dimmer switch. The balcony door was hard to slide. It really needs some maintenance. But, overall we had a great time!

Lands End Condo Served Us Well - Thanks!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo we rented (Bldg#1, Unit 402) was a nice and clean 1 bedroom Condo that my wife and I enjoyed. We would return to this condo without any question. A few minor issues pertained to: Entry door needs maintenance attention as its appearance leaves a bad first impression (stained, rusted, pitted). Once inside, the condo unit is quite nice. Toaster needs to be replaced as well as it only toasted on one side. Another issue was that the owner of the condo did not enable parking on first floor and the reserved spot outside the unit was taken up by the owner apparently. We parked in another spot outside the building but I don't remember being told that I could not park under cover on the first floor. This would be an issue in the middle of the summer when it is HOT in FL. Again, these are minor issues in total scheme of things but are matters meriting immediate attention for future renters. Had a good time and stay at Lands End.

Slightly Disappointed

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the past 6 years we have been spending 6 weeks at Land's End, and in Bldg. 1 Unit 402 for 5 years. Until this year, we have found Resorts Realty so efficient in responding to any needs or complaints that we had regarding our unit. This year we were a bit disappointed in the condition of the unit (e.g. 1) the drawer under the oven is broken,2) my closet was so jam packed with someone's belongings that I was unable to get my things in the closet,3) the vacuum cleaner, which is bagless was full,4) the carpet smells and looks dirty and our socks and feet become dirty from walking on it, 5) we reported that our closet door was off its hinges and the mechanism broken on 3 occasions and it was never fixed,6) the flow from the water dispenser in the refrigerator is so slow it takes several minutes to fill a water bottle. You are charging higher rates because it's considered a Premier Condo, but due to the issues listed above, this certainly doesn't feel like a Premier Condo.

We had a beautiful time at Lands End. Good place to escape the everyday Life. We enjoyed the beach and the pool. You get 2 chairs and an umbrella from the Resort Rentals for a affordable deposit. Thats perfect so you do not have do buy it. All in one a very good place.
