Guest access
You will have exclusive access to 3+ acres and the entire property sans the storage room above the garage. You can hike up the mountainside, sit in the pool, read in the garden, or just enjoy the zen-like experience.
Other things to note
The driveway is steep and curves to the right at the entrance. It was just paved and there are two garage spots, two spots in front of the garage, and one spot at the bottom.

There is access to lake by 3 minute drive. You can launch boats and canoes there. There is also a sandy beach section to swim in.

Ski sundown, the local skiing and snowboarding mountain is a 4 minute drive on the other side of the mountain.
