Great property with beautiful views. I had my older boys and my 9 yo. We all loved it. Deer every morning outside was so cool. We’re going back for a 2nd stay!

Host was great and helpful. The free breakfast was a great benefit. The condo was easily wheelchair accessible from the parking lot. The Condo had sleep accommodations for 8. The beds were all very comfortable. Unfortunately, there were only 3 chairs that were both uncomfortable and ridiculously old. The chairs had wheels and two of these chairs wheels were broken off so were nearly impossible to sit in and my son fell over backwards twice as a result. In addition, there was no can opener, only 3 plates, 1 bowl, limited silverware, no baking sheets, 3 towels, and no dishwasher soap.

Poor manager listing is NOT as described

we get there and our condo is nothing like the pic. Host calls to address the issue and had to hang up on me said she would call back… never did.. I had to reach out. Discretion says 2 queen, it is only 1 queen. I paid for a more expensive room and they did not compensate the difference. They offered tickets to show but we had infants so asked for aquarium tickets instead due to the babies inability to sit still for 2 hours she said she was unable to do that. The property workers were kind and tried to make it right but host… was not very helpful, took hours to respond to any message…

Not Quite as Pictured

The description and images of the property led us to believe that we would be getting a well furnished two bedroom condo with one king bed, two queen beds, and a sofa bed in the living room. This was not the case at all. We were in a two bedroom condo with one king bed (actually two full size mattresses together) and one full bed. There was no sofa at all. The furnishings were incredibly sparse with only a bed, tv stand, tv, and single bedside table in the bedrooms. Four dining chairs in the kitchen and two sitting chairs in the living room area. There were no decorations on the wall at all and no cleaning supplies or silverware. We got the impression that the space had recently been remodeled but not fully finished or furnished. Also the WiFi speeds only reached 4 mbps.Aside from the heavily inaccurate description, the condo was very clean and everyone we interacted with on the property was kind. The biscuits and gravy breakfast in the lobby was also top notch. And the owners were very generous in allowing us to stay with our two dogs.

Not as advertised

Well, there was good and bad. The staff at the condo were all kind. The bfast was good. The room was clean. BUT - after reading reviews i was worried that we would end up getting a condo without the number of beds that were advertise. I messaged the host to question this and make sure we get a king, two queens, and a pullout sofa and was assured i would. Get there and there was no pullout sofa. We had 8 people staying, so we needed what was advertised. The staff did get us rollaway beds, but it took 2.5 hrs to get them, and by then it was almost midnight. There were also only towels for 6, not 8, even though the advertisement said it accommodated 8 and the host knew there would be 8. We asked for 2 extra sets of towels, but those also took a long time to get because their washer and dryer were broken and they were working with home sized units for the entire complex. Another thing that bugged me was the fact that after getting back from a full day at SDC the keycode wouldnt open the door. It worked to lock the room, but not unlock. There are no towel racks or toilet paper holders, so the tp had to be placed on the floor or back of toilet and there was nowhere to hang towels to dry. The airconditioner in the king size room didnt work either. The pics show furniture thats not there or completely different. The staff are the only saving grace from giving my stay a 1 star. Overall the unit was just unfinished. Not happy about the misleading ad and not getting what was promised.
