You will need a vehicle. There is no Uber or Lyft nearby. 4 wheel drive vehicles are REQUIRED during winter months and carrying snow chains is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

During winter months, we assume responsibility for plowing our driveway to ensure clear access for you on check-in day. Any other plowing service required during your stay or on your departure is the responsibility of each guest (there are MANY plowing services available on vary short notice). The HOA will take care of plowing the main roads and surrounding streets. Please plan ahead and schedule any snow plow services you may need during your stay or for your departure.


Please note: We do have two Twin XL rollaway beds that can be set up upstairs in the loft area if some in your group prefer those over our Twin XL bunk bed. These can be set up at no additional charge for groups up to 10 people UPON REQUEST. Requests for rollaway set up must be submitted within 7 days of check-in.
If your group is over 10 people, the 11th and 12th guests will be charged an extra guest fee of $15/per person per night.
