From November 1- April 15 please be aware that the Utah Department of Transportation and Town of Brighton rules about canyon travel require snow tires (3PMSF) or chains to make it safely up the canyon and to the home. Snow plowing on neighborhood roads is provided by local vendors and intermittent. Cottonwood Lodging does not have control over snow plowing. DO NOT TAKE UBERS OR LYFTS TO THIS PROPERTY. Plan to check in between 4pm-8pm to avoid unplowed roads if it is storming and note that this home can accommodate ONLY 2 vehicles.
Winter Guided Arrival:
- At the request of the neighborhood to ensure that no one gets stuck or lost and disturbs the locals, a staff member will meet you on the main road and guide you to your property. Plan to check in between 4pm - 8pm at the latest. This will allow us to provide assistance if necessary and help to avoid unplowed roads if it is storming. Please do not arrive on your own even if you have stayed with us before. This keeps a positive relationship with the neighbors who appreciate it.
Milly Slopeside Studio is managed by locally owned and operated property manager Cottonwood Lodging Company where the guest experience is most important. Please reach out for information about the area and other services offered by Cottonwood Lodging.

Milly Slopeside Studio is located in the basement of a stunning new luxury build, designed by the owner to offer the ultimate mountain escape. This spacious studio provides comfort and style for up to 4 guests. Please note, the owners may be in the main house, which is completely separate from the guest studio. Owners have a dog in their unit, so this home is not free of dog allergens.
