LEVEL ONE
The first floor features the entrance, laundry facilities & office area.

LEVEL TWO
The second floor features a kitchen, living room w/ pull out couch, dining + 1 bedroom w/ KING Bed & 1 full bathroom

LEVEL THREE
The third level features two bedrooms with each featuring a KING bed, each with their own ensuite bathroom.

PARKING
The attached garage can accommodate two vehicles.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home except for a locked owner's closet. They'll receive a four-digit access code before arrival to enter the unit through our Schlage Encode smart lock. Additionally, there will be an onsite lockbox accessible in case of a smart lock failure.

The host was responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The place was spacious and conveniently located.

I felt safe and the place looked like the picture. Only one big vehicle will fit in the garage. Extra necessities like water bottles, paper towels, and toliet paper was the perfect touch. My only complaint is we needed more pillows. I would rent again. Thanks.

Nice Place!

We had a wonderful time . The Place was nice. The neighborhood was quite. However the neighbors that live on the left side from standing on the balcony facing the golf course threw an egg on the balcony. We woke the next morning it was a crack egg on the balcony. Thats was weird.

First off, when we arrived at the house, we needed a code to get in through the community gate, and then an additional code to get in through the garage, which we were not provided upon arrival. We reached out to the owner, and had to wait around outside the property for 45 minutes before we got a response from the owner. Good thing it was not a cold day! l will start off with the positives: No bad smells, beds were big and comfy, sheets and towels smelled fresh and clean! All 5 of us slept very well! Extra pillows would have been nice. Laundry room is fully stocked with all the necessities. Garage is big and clean.Things that were lacking, so you need to provide them for yourself:No handsoap in 2 of the bathrooms.No shampoo or conditioner in any bathrooms.No hangers in the closet (well, ok there were 2).No handtowels (washcloths and bathtowels provided and very clean.No screens on any windows.No coffee for the coffee maker.No baking sheet for baking cookies (we wanted to bake Christmas cookies but couldn't).No drinking glasses, only coffee mugs.All floors were very sticky with some kind of spill or residue.Bathroom sink upstairs clogged and draining slowly.Curly black hair on the floor and backs of 2 toilets, and a hairball on floor of bathroom.Dirty kitchen chairs.Tiny sofa in living area.

Fantastic Location!

If you are looking for a location not directly on the beaten path and only 15 mins from Broadway, this is the one for you! The beds, LARGE and Comfortable! All the amenities you need. Air works great as well! Bring a mattress topper for the pullout couch if you use it, however. No big deal for us as we had people able to share beds. If you are bringing bigger vehicles make sure you let the owner know. We managed to fit a Crew Cab no-lift truck and a Durango in the garage but BARELY, however, he was able to contact the HOA if needed to get a letter to park in the parking spots at the bottom of the hill! The owner allowed us to check in early and actually gave us a 30 min later checkout as well! Washer and Dryer on property as well! Clean up was simple and easy! All in all A Property! Eduardo is a FANTASTIC HOST!!
