We prefer to give our guests space and privacy, but will be available whenever the situation requires.

The health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning and disinfection after each check-out.

There is a strict NO Smoking and No Party policy at our Airbnb. Violations of these policies will result in a $1000 fine respectively.

QUIET HOURS are between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am. Please keep your noise levels low during these times.

We are pet-friendly but do require a pet fee, as outlined in our house rules below. We charge $69 per night per pet, with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed. No cats, sorry.

We always provide basic amenities as a starter pack, including hand soap, toilet paper, towels, etc. However, for long-stay bookings, any further supplies will need to be purchased by the guest. Please note that our amenities are available to all our guests unless they are closed due to maintenance.

You will find a security camera outside the apartment door on the lockpad for security purposes. Please note the camera does not capture any footage inside the unit. If you're bringing an additional guest or if any unauthorized person will be staying in the unit, there is a fee of $50 per night per additional guest.

Late checkouts are subject to availability, unauthorized late checkout will result in $60/hour.

- Early check-in and late checkout require approval at least 24 hours in advance and may incur extra fees in some cases. Uninformed early check-in or late checkout can incur further unexpected costs.
- Please treat our House with the same respect as your home. We've put a lot of effort into making this into a lovely space to be enjoyed by our guests. We expect common manners of cleanliness: washing up dishes and cups (or at least the majority of them), collecting garbage in bags, keeping the place in reasonably clean condition, keeping windows and doors closed when using heater and AC, as well as lock up the place when you're outside
-Please remove shoes indoors.
- No smoking indoors. Please use the outdoor area for smoking and be mindful of fire hazards from your smoking.
- Please do not move the furniture because this will incur extra cleaning hours at checkout and hence extra charges for your stay
- Parties and events must be informed in advance for approval
- We provide self-checkin. Your ID is required before check-in to receive door codes. We'd appreciate your sending the ID about 72 hours before your check-in at the latest.
- For security reasons, check-in instructions will only be shared with the account that made the bookings. Please pass on to your group members if everyone arrives at a different time
