Located in an enchanting environment in St-Côme, this recently renovated waterfront cottage offers an exceptional meeting place for your groups, whether with friends or family. Here, comfort, luxury and a warm atmosphere await you.

The cottage, immersed in the woods offering you great privacy, also offers direct access to Lake Bourgeois. In summer, come and enjoy the pleasures of the lake using the boats provided. Between Thanksgiving weekend and Patriots` weekend, we cannot guarantee that the watercraft and dock will be available.

You can end the day with a good meal on the BBQ or by relaxing around a campfire. A 4-season private 8-seat hot tub is also within your reach, to ensure a most relaxing stay.

This chalet is a destination par excellence for outdoor enthusiasts. Being located 5 minutes from the Val Saint-Côme tourist resort and the Ouareau Forest Regional Park, you will not lack opportunities to be active. Alpine skiing, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing await you! In winter, enjoy the snowmobile and ATV trails near the chalet. It is possible to leave the chalet directly by snowmobile to reach the official trails (Trail 343).


DESCRIPTION OF THE INTERIOR

Meticulously decorated and furnished with high-quality finishings, this cottage in St-Côme stands out from any other residence in the area. The open area is spacious, allowing large groups to feel comfortable and welcomed. On the ground floor you will find the living room with its huge stone fireplace. It will be most pleasant during the winter season. The open area also gives you access to the outdoor terrace. It is covered, allowing you to enjoy your meals outside, rain or shine. Surrounded by towering trees, the terrace immerses you in the forest during your meal. The fully equipped kitchen awaits you to prepare all your dishes on site. The large island is ideal for cooking together. There is also a fondu and raclette.

There is plenty of entertainment here. Foosball and billiard tables convertible into ping-pong will be most appreciated; one on each floor, you can distribute your players according to their interests! In the basement living room, you also have another direct access to the outside, to go to the private spa, sheltered under the terrace.

We are committed to being environmentally friendly and have decided to eliminate the use of paper towels. Instead, we provide reusable kitchen towels for your convenience. Thank you for helping us reduce waste and support a more sustainable environment!

** The property is equipped with exterior camera surveillance. The cameras point towards the parking lot and the driveway, and not the yard or the interior of the cottage. **

** Note: For security purposes, a camera is installed in the private rear passageway. It faces the dock area, which now includes several watercraft. This is to help prevent any incidents. **

**A 100-inch TV has been added to the living room on the main floor, and a 75-inch TV has been added to the living room in the basement.**

** Watercrafts are only available from May 1st to October 1st.**
