The Beach House is a 2 bedroom and 1 full bath cottage on the grounds of the Poland Spring Resort. You'll find activities such as an olympic sized pool, 18 hole golf course, mini golf, disc golf, driving range and ice cream shop, museums, restaurants, gift shops, and lots more!
This cottage sits adjacent to Route 26, along the shore of Middle Range Pond. Step out the porch doors onto the beach area and into the warm water of Middle Range Pond!
A 5 minute drive from the cottage is the main property of Poland Spring Resort with the swimming pool shared with all hotel guests, lots of lawn games including shuffleboard, bocce, and horseshoes, the golf course and more. Restaurants serving breakfast, lunch & dinner right on the property! Across Route 26 you'll find our mini golf, driving range and disc golf course along with an ice cream shop!
Please note: this cottage does not have cable tv or wifi, making it a truly relaxing vacation, but you will find wifi in the lobbies of the hotels accessible at anytime.
