With 4 bedrooms and a den, this home includes 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 4 double bunk beds, 1 trundle bed, and 1 sofa bed, leaving plenty of space for everyone to unwind and recharge. This family friendly home boasts spacious gathering and private spaces including an outdoor eating space and 3 private balconies/patios. Whether you're exploring the nearby attractions or simply relaxing in the cozy living area, this house provides the perfect retreat. Enjoy your time in Bayfield in the comfort of Graceland, a house fit for a king.
THE LAYOUT:
-Main Floor:
As you enter the home, you will find Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 (the two main floor bedrooms) to the hallway to your right. Bedroom 1 can be found at the end of this hallway and includes a queen bed and spacious closet, this room sleeps 2 comfortably.
Bedroom 2 is to the left of Bedroom 1 and includes a king bed, that can be split into two twin beds if needed, as well as a bunk bed with one double bed and one twin bed. This room also includes a private balcony with spectacular views of Lake Superior. This room can comfortably sleep up to 5 people.
You will also find a full bathroom (Bathroom 1) and laundry room with a stackable washer and dryer that you can use during your stay.
As you walk back into the main living area you will see the beautiful open concept kitchen and dining area with all of the amenities you will need to host a large group of friends or family. The kitchen includes a full-sized refrigerator and freezer, electric oven and stove, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker and plenty of kitchen utensils to cook your meals. This large kitchen includes an island with seating for four, and the dining area includes a large farmhouse kitchen table with seating for up to ten.
Right off the dining room, you will find a large outdoor deck with spectacular views of Lake Superior and a patio table and chairs to seat up to four people.
The spacious and bright main living area includes a Television with a DVD player, gas powered fireplace and seating for up to 10 comfortably. This main living space also boasts some incredible views of Lake Superior through the large glass windows.
-Upper Level
As you continue to the upstairs loft area, you will find the views only get better! As you reach the top of the stairs into the loft and Bedroom 3, you will find the main bathroom to your left. This spacious bathroom includes a shower and jacuzzi tub. Perfect for relaxing after a day of adventures!
Bedroom 3 includes a king-sized bed and a trundle bed with two twin mattresses. Off of bedroom 3 you will find the office/den which includes two double bunk beds and a private outdoor balcony. The loft/bedroom 3 and office/den sleep up to 12 comfortably.
-Lower Level
To access bedroom 4 which is located on the lower level of the home you will return to the main floor hallway near the entrance of the home. You will open the first door in that hallway (on the left) to locate bedroom number 4. Bedroom 4 is a suite, with a private patio, full private bathroom, bunk beds with one double mattress and one twin mattress and a sofa bed. This suite also includes a private patio area with private access through the sliding glass doors. Bedroom 4 can sleep up to 5 people comfortably.
While you are staying at Graceland in Bayfield, take advantage of everything this little town has to offer. Be sure to stroll downtown to check out all of the lovely shops, restaurants, and bars. Take a drive to the fruit loop and visit the orchards and wineries. Take a trip over to Madeline Island via the ferry and take a bike ride down to Big Bay State Park. Book a kayaking tour or a sailing adventure! However you decide to spend your time in Bayfield, we hope that you enjoy your stay!
**Please note that this home has a private apartment located in the basement with private entry that is separate from the main house. During the summer months and our busy season, this apartment will be occupied by an on-site caretaker to deal with any emergencies. This apartment is off limits to guests renting the main house and will be locked and not accessible from the main house. Please also be mindful of your downstairs neighbor. Our caretaker will also be regularly utilizing the garage. This tenant does not have access to the main house. This individual will be present on the property from May - September.
