Mandatory Fees:

A daily incidentals hold is charged by the Hotel upon checking In, and is a hold on your CC for billing to your room, i.e. Room Service or for any damages. The amount is released / refunded upon Check Out. Please reach out to us to clarify these fees if you feel this may be an issue.


Non Mandatory Fees:
If you have a car, valet parking fees are charged directly by resort. If you would like additional cleaning done during your stay, this can be done, but is optional. If you have any questions about the valet fees or extra cleaning mid-stay, please reach out to us to clarify those fees.

The building is a non smoking building. A smoking fee may be charged by the Hotel if you smoke in the room. . You may enjoy smoking on the balcony. Please don’t burn the balcony furniture.

Pets are welcome but a pet cleaning fee may be charged by the hotel. Smoking fee/Pet Cleaning Fee is charged by the hotel. Please reach out to us if you have any questions about these fees. Pets must be leashed. Only two domestic pets weighing 70 lbs at maturity are permitted.

Please be sure to checkout at 11AM as the hotel may charge a late checkout fee.
