Opportunities like this are exceptionally rare, making the Mill District a special place to call home, even if only for a short stay.

Unlike many residences, the extra exposure creates an open, airy feeling that connects you to the surrounding landscape. The home is also perfectly oriented to the west, allowing you to enjoy Healdsburg's beautiful golden-hour light as it filters through the neighboring redwood grove. The combination of abundant natural light, privacy, and tranquil views creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. And, of course, being just a short walk from the Plaza, with favorites like Quail & Condor Bakery, the al pastor tacos at Taqueria Guadalajara, and many of Healdsburg's celebrated restaurants and tasting rooms nearby, certainly doesn't hurt either.
