We had a lovely stay. This is a large 4 bedroom house, with 2 full bath upstairs and half down stairs. The front door has 2 number code locks which was confusing at first. Each bedroom also has a digital knob which beeps everytime you turn the knob. The livingroom has a cool pool table/pingpong/dinningroom table. The kitchen had many appliances for coffee and heating up food. A full size fridge and laundry room. Since we were staying over Thanksgiving, and I happen to cook a lot, I ended up buying kitchen towels, cookie sheets, a basting brush, tongs and all needed spices. I know it is not required but many VRBOs have some basic spices to not buy from scratch.There are many locked cabinets for owner items, I imagine. The beds were comfortable with one pillow per full bed and 2 on master bed. We prefer extra pillows and blankets which were not available so bring some. The 2 showers have large rain shower heads.The pool was closed for the season. The contacts were very available for info and responses, which was appreciated.

Good location and clean

This location fit our needs for the long weekend. It was clean and tidy. There was only one washcloth and towel per person but there was a laundry facility on site. It was locked when we got there but the owner was prompt to give instructions. There were nice amenities in the. As stated in the description there were many locked doors and spaces. That was a little different than most houses we have stayed in but still ample room for 6 people. Overall it fit our families needs well.

Lovely house and neighborhood

I have many wonderful things to say about this home. It is spotless and had sufficient amenities, great location and wonderful communication!Coffee pods, roll of paper towels, a few dishwasher pods, shampoo’s were supplied. Amazing pool/ping pong table! Boys had fun!The home was clean and updated and we enjoyed our stay while in town for our son’s baseball tournament.The communication between the host was terrific. There is a dual fuel bbq grill outside that uses either propane or charcoal. When we went to grill, we noticed there was not fuel or charcoal.I found out that propane tanks are commonly removed for Airbnb’s so we weren’t upset but had inquired on where we may find one. When I reached out to inquire about a tank, they were so wonderful to drop off a bag of charcoal and light fluid. Top notch! Was very appreciative.My only hesitation with giving the property 5 stars is that the main living room was blocked off and restricted access to the best feature of the home (and our reason for renting it) — the POOL. To access the pool and backyard you had to walk out the front door to walk around the house making it inconvenient and as a result, restricted our use of the best feature.When you got to the outdoor pool area it was GREAT. Clean and plenty of furniture to lounge and hang! Great home and if it had unrestricted- access, it is a 5-star all the way. Thank you for letting us stay with you. It truly was lovely and I would absolutely recommend.
