The Space:
This beautifully appointed condo is situated in an area of the resort which promotes great views and privacy both inside and out!
Located in the Coral Springs Resort, guests of the home will also enjoy plentiful onsite amenities of indoor/outdoor pools, indoor/outdoor Jacuzzis, a basketball court, a tennis court, a fitness center, and a clubhouse. The cities of Washington and St. George, less than 10 minutes away, offer up even more destinations for exploration with bustling city features of shopping, dining, and nightlife. There’s little doubt that the majority of your daytime hours will be spent outside enjoying this amazing area, but when you’re ready to settle down for the evening, Red Cliffs will be waiting to host you.

A gorgeous, chef-inspired kitchen showcases granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, stocked with cookware and dining ware for any type of meal you’re in the mood to prepare. Enjoy your fare at the dining room table with seating for 6 and an additional 2 seats at the kitchen counter. End your days relaxing in the spacious living room with plush sofa seating, smart TV, and a cozy electric fireplace, an ideal setting for movies and game nights alike. At the Coral Springs Resort, enjoy a heated outdoor pool and hot tub, an indoor pool and hot tub, tennis court, half basketball court, full work out facility, and club house!

This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 3 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, patio access, and ensuite bathroom with dual vanity and separate jetted tub and walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size poster bed.

Bedroom #3 includes 2 bunk beds with Twin over Full and a smart TV.

The home also includes 1 additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- This unit is located on the 3rd floor and requires stairs, and the resort does not have an elevator.
- Washer and dryer in home.
- Underground parking is available for 2 vehicles. Additional parking is available in the lot.
