We’re sorry to hear about the missing body soap and that you didn’t receive the Wi-Fi code or pool access information—those should have been provided without you having to ask. We do send an arrival guide to your email three days before check-in, and we also text the same information on the day of arrival. In addition, there’s a QR code in the condo that links to a landing page with details specific to your stay. It’s important to read through the information we send so your check-in is smooth, and your stay is easy. We’ll follow up with our team to ensure these details are clear for future guests.

Those are two things we work very hard to get right. We’re sorry the arrival experience felt stressful. As noted in the listing, this property does not have a staffed front desk, but we understand how challenging travel days can be, especially with family and luggage. We’re glad we were able to accommodate early access once the unit was ready, but we recognize that arriving earlier than 4PM isn’t ideal. We also sincerely apologize for the toilet issue. Having maintenance address something multiple times during a stay is frustrating and disruptive, and that’s not the experience we want for our guests. We’ve since escalated the repair to ensure it’s fully resolved. Regarding the smoking concern, the building does have a non-smoking policy, and we take that seriously. Odor transfer between units can unfortunately happen in multi-family buildings, but we appreciate you bringing it to our attention so it can be addressed with the HOA and neighboring unit as appropriate. We understand how these issues impacted your overall experience and appreciate the balanced feedback. It helps us improve and ensure smoother stays moving forward.
