Great location , beautiful sunsets , perfect for a small family.

We loved the place, the check-in was easy. Host was quick in responding. The location was amazing and has easy access to the beach. We stayed there for a week and kids enjoyed the pool during the redflag days. The kitchen had just enough utensils and also they provided spare bed linens, plenty of towels. Looking forward to spend another vacation here again soon!

We had a good stay, needed to call maintenance as soon as we got in because the living area ceiling light wouldn't come on (blown bulbs), the bedroom ceiling fan didn't have a chain and meeded replaced. Maintenance came the next day. The ceiling in the living area needs painted, it looks it was patch painted to cover certain areas. Overall, this was a good unit for vacation.

It appeared to have bern a DIY remodel. Broken toilet seats, flooring with gaps where it was not installed correctly. Showerheads with mold growing on them. Make shift sowers were 8 inchrs off the floor so my head almkst hit the ceiling. Shower heads at face level. Broken and slow elevators. Had to use 2 different elevators to get to the beach. Pool was closed due to cleaning system being broke. No clear directions on how to park and make our way to the room. I spent more time walking and trying to find our way around the complex. No signage or directions. Due to condition of the condo and the unpleasent walking or hiking around the building, we will not vacation at this property in the future.

Reviewer Comments: Overall the unit was in great shape and clean. The only item that might be checked is the ac unit. It had an audible hum that sounded like the fan motor or something might be struggling. There also needs to be a weather stripping added under the front door as the lack of it left daylight pretty visible and a letting in unnecessary warm air. Otherwise, very nice and we enjoyed. We did feel the miscellaneus chrages, cleaning charge, etc was a bit excessive. Next time will look for one maintained by owner to avoid some of these excess charges.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Details:1. The mattress is old or cheap, maybe both2. The master shower is a Jacuzzi tub/shower combo, and difficult to step in and out of. 3. The second bathroom shower has a pink slime on the shower curtain that feels like it came from the dollar store. 4. The kitchen pantry was locked and unable to be used. 5. This unit needs updating. 6. The kitchen has been updated, the rest is lacking, and what few updates have been completed outside of the kitchen are cheap and half-complete.

Condo is having a mold issue and that’s the ONLY issue

BUT.. there is mold growing on the ceiling in the living room, kitchen, and hallway. Looks as though they have tried to contain it by painting over it but it is coming through. Everything else was amazing and if the mold issue is fixed we will be back EVERY YEAR! The furniture and decorating are top notch. The view is 💯. Great size pool with lots of lounge chairs. Very fast elevators. Cleaners are doing a wonderful job.. the place was spotless! They’re generous with the towels provided. I’m hoping they’re waiting for the off season to fix the ceilings, if they do that, I would definitely recommend to everyone. (Rental company really should disclose this in case someone has a sensitivity to mold) The mold is the ONLY issue, everything else was PERFECT!

Perfect Getaway

This was the most accurately described condo we've ever stayed in. Check-in was so easy, communication was quick and clear, the condo was clean and comfortable. I'll try to detail out everything. We have stayed in a few different beach front condos. I hate the ones where you can see the neighbors on the balcony. This one has a private balcony, so no one can see me in my pajamas in the morning enjoying the ocean. The patio furniture was as shown in the pictures. And it was nice! Not worn or damaged or used. The perfect furniture to sit on the balcony and have breakfast. The kitchen had really nice, new appliances. The fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave were so clean and new and nice. I'd like to have that kitchen at home. I will say, when they tell you the condo only comes stocked with the minimum basics, they mean it. 1 roll of paper towels, no salt and pepper, 1 trash bag. I bought a salt and pepper shaker set that i hope they leave for future tenants. Other than that, everything provided is great. They had nice pots and pans, not cheap or old ones, nice cutlery and all the things you could need for anything you want to cook. They provided plenty of fluffy, soft towels to use. The showers were big and updated. The bed was really comfy and my kids said the bunk beds were really comfy too. We all slept well. The resort was really nice and easy to navigate. It is close to restaurants so we could walk. Highly recommend this condo.
