Spacious Home Sleeps 11-Private Beach access

Located in the gated Preserve at Grayton Beach, Bluenose 125 is just a short walk to the beach. This 3-bedroom, 3-bath plus bonus room home features an open floor plan, screened porch, and hardwood floors. It sleeps 11 with a first-floor master suite, bunk room, and game room (with sofa sleeper). The neighborhood offers two pools, tennis courts, and access to hiking and biking trails. Explore nearby Seaside and Blue Mountain Beach or enjoy dining and paddleboarding. With modern amenities and beach charm, Bluenose is the perfect getaway for families and groups.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

About the Vacation Rental Unit:

Welcome to Bluenose 125! This recently built, beautifully furnished home is located in the gated Preserve at Grayton Beach, a serene and private community along 30A. Offering two pools (one seasonally heated), tennis courts, a clubhouse, and a private deeded boardwalk to the beach, Bluenose is the perfect coastal retreat. The beach is just a 10-minute walk (4/10 of a mile), and the surrounding Point Washington State Forest features over 10 miles of hiking and biking trails for nature lovers.

First Floor:
Step inside to find a bright, open floor plan with ten-foot ceilings and beautiful hardwood floors throughout. The tastefully decorated living room provides comfortable seating and a large TV, while the fully stocked kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a spacious island with bar seating. The dining area accommodates up to ten and opens onto a screened patio, ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation.
The master suite features a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom with dual vanities, a walk-in shower with dual showerheads, and a walk-in closet. A secondary game room offers additional space to unwind, with a TV, sleeper sofa, and an array of books, games, and toys.

Second Floor:
Upstairs, two additional bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations. One room features a queen bed, while the other includes two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds. Both rooms have flat-screen TVs and share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

With its modern comforts, charming décor, and prime location, Bluenose offers everything you need for an unforgettable beach vacation.

This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom vacation rental features:
1st Floor, Master Bedroom: King bed, TV. Private bathroom with dual sinks and large shower.
1st Floor: Game Room with TV and Sleeper Sofa.
1st Floor: Shared hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 2: King bed, TV. Loveseat pulls out to a twin bed.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 3: 2 sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds, TV.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 share hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Maximum Guest Occupancy: 11 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)

Golf Cart Policy:

If you plan to use a golf cart during your stay, please abide by the following Grayton Beach community regulations, which are strictly enforced to ensure safety. Grayton Beach roads are privately owned, and violations may result in fines up to $800 per week, which will be passed on to the responsible guest:
1. All golf carts must display a registration sticker issued by the HOA. This mandatory sticker must be taped to the windshield – even when the cart is parked in a driveway.
2. Only licensed drivers age 25 or older may operate golf carts within the community—no exceptions. Underage or unlicensed drivers, especially those observed running stop signs or driving recklessly, will be reported and fined.

About the Community/Property:

The Preserve at Grayton Beach is an ultra-exclusive gated community located directly on Scenic 30A. This neighborhood features custom-built beach-chic homes with state-of-the-art amenities. In one of these meticulously appointed homes, you’ll be surrounded by beauty that is truly one of a kind. The location puts you within walking or biking distance of Grayton Beach and Blue Mountain Beach hotspots — from ice cream to shopping, it’s all nearby!

Enjoy 2 community pools (one heated seasonally — the East Pool closes at dusk while the West Pool remains open a little longer), 1 tennis court, 4 brand-new pickleball courts, and a gas grill.

West Pool: Located behind the clubhouse near the main entrance. To reach it, head toward the entrance gate and look for the large white clubhouse building. You’ll see the pool chairs and fenced pool area behind it.

East Pool: Located next to the tennis and pickleball courts. To reach it, head toward the center of the community.

Gated (Deeded) Beach Access
There’s a dedicated path at the East Pool where you can park bikes or a golf cart. Walk across the crosswalk to the gated beach access. This community enjoys exclusive access to approximately 7 acres of private beach, with no public access. We are also adjacent to a portion of Grayton Beach State Park — plenty of sand, plenty of space.

What to Do and Where to Go
Explore the 30A Bike Trail or play a round at Santa Rosa Beach Golf Club. Looking for natural beauty? Visit Topsail Hill Preserve State Park or Camp Helen State Park. Sundog Books and Eden Gardens State Park are also worth checking out!

Trash and Wildlife
Bear-proof trash cans are provided and must stay fully closed and latched at all times except when placed curbside for pickup. Please remove the strap before collection and reattach it immediately afterward to prevent access by animals. No loose trash bags are permitted. Extra public trash bins are available at both clubhouses.

Other details to note:

In case they are needed, guests will find additional public trash bins located at the two clubhouses. Bear-proof trash cans are provided at each home and must be used at all times. These cans are equipped with specialized latches or straps designed to prevent wildlife—such as bears and raccoons—from opening the lid.

To ensure effectiveness, lids must remain fully closed and latched at all times, including on non-pickup days. All garbage must be stored in secure, covered containers that are latched shut and fully out of street view when not at the curb. Straps must be in place whenever bins are not set out for pickup.

Trash pickup occurs on Mondays and Thursdays. Per Walton County guidelines, bins may be placed curbside the night before collection, but no later than 5am on pickup day. Loose trash bags are not permitted under any circumstances. When setting bins out for pickup, please: 1) Remove the strap before collection and reattach it immediately after returning the bin to the property. 2) Place the bin at least 3 feet away from any obstacle (such as trees, cars, or mailboxes). 3) Ensure the wheels face your house to allow automated collection.

Per stated House Rules, do not hang any items on railings or balconies. This HOA will fine units in violation of this policy. If we receive a fine for the dates of your stay, this $100 fine will be passed on to the guest responsible.

Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
