Grayt Escape is a beautiful beach cottage located in the quiet, gated community of The Preserve at Grayton Beach. This charming four-bedroom vacation home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests and the community has everything necessary for your next beach getaway. With 2 community pools, tennis/pickle ball courts, workout facility, two clubhouses, and gated beach access, The Preserve at Grayton Beach has no shortage of activities for guests to enjoy on their vacation.

As soon as you arrive at Grayt Escape you'll notice the large front porch and spacious upstairs balcony, full of southern charm and coastal elegance, a wonderful place to enjoy a cup of coffee to start the day. Inside, the hardwood floors, crown molding, and open floor plan all make Grayt Escape the ideal place to spend your next vacation. The first floor is home to the main living area and boasts a 65" smart flat screen TV with plenty of seating in addition to a formal dining area with seating for ten. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with all your kitchen needs and also provides additional seating with 4 bar stools.

Grayt Escape has four bedrooms, each with their own private en suite bathroom. The first floor bedroom has a king sized bed, 65" smart flat screen TV and bathroom with shower/tub combo, making it great for those with limited mobility. The second bedroom features a queen sized bed with a 40" flat screen TV, bathroom with shower/tub combo and access to the upstairs balcony. The third bedroom/bunk room has a full over full and twin over twin bunk beds, attached bathroom with walk in shower as well as access to the upstairs balcony. The fourth bedroom and master suite has a king sized bed, walk-in closet, loveseat and a 65" smart flat screen TV. The spa-inspired master bathroom has a dual sink vanity, walk in shower and jacuzzi bathtub making it nothing short of luxurious.

Grayt Escape has a grill, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, toys and a wagon provided for guests to help make your day at the beach carefree and fun. The two community pools (one heated during winter and spring break) as well as the tennis/pickle ball courts are an excellent option for those days when you need a break from the sand.

All within 1/2 mile of Grayt Escape is a local organic grocery store, yoga, homemade ice cream, bakery serving fresh baked goodies, coffee and donut shop. The area also has numerous restaurants and stores at the Shops of Grayton Beach, the infamous Red Bar and, most impressive, the very majestic place of Grayton Beach State Park, named the #1 best beach in the country in 2020! Bike rental service is also nearby and has everything you need to explore the area on 2 wheels. Only a short drive away and you can stock up with whatever necessities you may need at the local Publix and/or Wal-Mart.

Great Stay

We stayed as a group of 10 with 6 adults. Property contained everything we needed and had thoughtful touches that were appreciated. Coordination was great and we were very close to the private beach access.

Perfect location and quiet neighborhood

We loved everything about our stay in Grayt Escape. The home was cozy, stocked, and perfect for our family of 10. Communication was key, location to beach was excellent. Best part is you can get to all the "busy popular spots" by golf cart or bike and then go back to the very relaxed neighborhood. We will be back

Amazing Trip

We drove from Oklahoma to stay at this property, and it did not disappoint! The owner went above and beyond answering any questions we had. The house has a porch swing that I could have stayed on the entire trip! The beach access was awesome, and the beach chair service included was a nice touch. In the evenings, we would ride bikes to Blue Mountain Creamery to get ice cream and enjoyed eating it while watching tv together in the living room. In fact, so many places to eat and shop were close enough to ride bikes to, including Seaside. We would definitely go back and stay in this house again!

Amazing Property and Location

Grayt Escape is a beautifully appointed home with loads of amenities—well-supplied kitchen, fenced-in backyard with large table and seating area, plenty of room for our extended family of 10 to spread out, a grill, plenty of beach supplies, and even a golf cart to rent. We loved every minute of our visit to the Grayton area, and would absolutely recommend it. Also, shout out to Eileen, the property manager, who helped us navigate beach rentals!

Nice clean home

House was very clean and inviting. Liked having a bathroom for every bedroom. Two pools in neighborhood was great to use. Neighborhood was well maintained and quiet. Enjoyed being able to rent and use the golf cart during our stay. Only negative was walking distance to private beach for young children.

Wonderful property and owner!!

We loved our stay! The property is beautifully appointed and stocked with so many useful amenities. We’ve been renting vacation homes for 10+ years and this was easily one of the most well stocked kitchens we have encountered. The home was beautifully decorated and spotlessly cleaned. There were 10 in our party and we fit easily. We never felt crowded. We took advantage of the uncrowded pool and large grill multiple times. The beach, bakery, bike shop, ice cream shop, and souvenir shop were all within walking distance. Beach access was approximately .25 miles away. We drove down in the morning to set up chairs and umbrellas. We then could walk or bike the rest of the day. We did appreciate that chairs, umbrellas, towels and even a wagon and cooler were included with the rental. Shelly was wonderful to work with. She was so quick to answer any questions. She also provided very useful and delicious dining recommendations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone looking to visit the Blue Mountain Beach area.

The best of our 4 stays at The Preserve

This was our 4th year to rent a house in The Preserve. Recent years were good…but The Grayt Escape was the best. From the special touches (shampoo, conditioner and body wash in every shower) to bikes, The Grayt Escape delivers a great stay. Loved the bunkroom for the kids, and the house layout was perfect. We will be back if in the area for a 5th stay!

Wonderful Neighborhood

This was a very nice house in a beautiful neighborhood. House is clean and amenities are very nice. Owner and property manager are very responsive and easy to work with. Convenient access to the beach and the pool. Highly recommend this house and neighborhood.

Wonderful family vacation!

This is a great property and location-nice neighborhood for walking & biking. We appreciated having everything for the beach provided at the house- beach/pool towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, a wagon, as well as bikes! The walk to the beach is a bit far since you have to go down the beach away from the designated areas that LaDolce Vita sets ups for the other properties, but for able bodied folks, this shouldn't be an issue, although it could be with little people or older folks who have a harder time getting around. We also appreciated the shampoo, conditioner & shower gel in each shower, as well as the hand soap at all sinks. Also provided were dishwasher pods, dish soap, laundry pods & toilet paper which is so helpful not to have to buy all of that. We rented the golf cart which was a fun addition also. We loved our time at Grayt Escape! Thank you Shelly.

Great location

Nice property only steps from Grayton Beach & Watercolor. Unfortunately the bridge was closed (not the property owners fault) so that made the commute to Seaside/Watercolor longer and not available by golf cart. Really enjoyed the availability of the golf cart for rent to travel to Santa Rosa beach side, and the community heated pool during the cold November nights. Overall, we would definitely stay here again, just will check the county’s roadworks before we do!

Great week

The house was really nice and luckily they had sofas that pulled out so we could fit everyone. The only downside was that there are a lot of neighborhood rules and they are very strict. The next door neighbors had to report us for various infractions (my nephew that just had open heart surgery parked a little bit on their property).

GREAT TIME AT GRAYTON BEACH!

This is a cute roomy beach style house. Clean. Excellent safe neighborhood. Close to everything. Consider getting the golf cart. It makes it convenient to park... for instance as at nearby Seaside. Slight walk to the beach at Grayton Beach which in my opinion is the best beach. The manager is very responsive. Thanks to Eileen and Shelly!

Great Home in Great Neighborhood

The house was great for a 30A beach house. It was even nicer in person than in the pictures. We’ve stayed at several houses on 30A and this has the best beach by far. It isn’t crowded and has 2 little inlet/coves that are amazing for kids to play. Think a humongous kiddie pool that’s the ocean with crystal clear water. You have to walk to the beach but it takes about 10 minutes and it’s a nice shaded boardwalk most of the way. Our kids brought scooters and it was fun to walk! The home is really well equipped including all the beach gear you need: beach towels, wagon, chairs, umbrellas, kids strollers, boogie boards, pool noodles and beach toys. The kitchen was also well stocked with anything you might need during your stay. Normally we have to go out and by things like dish soap and trash bags but this home had it all! The owner even brought us doughnuts one morning!

Perfect weekend getaway!

Paradise Blu was a beautiful property that was in a fabulous location! The property was spotless and the amenities were countless! No need to worry about packing beach towels, coolers, chairs, beach toys, etc! The beds and pillows were heavenly. The owner was so attentive and easy to communicate with. You will not regret your stay at Paradise Blu. My friends and I look forward to our next stay!

Very clean and lovely decor

Our family visited for a week with kids of various ages including 2 infants. There was plenty of room, the condo was very clean, and decor was updated and lovely. The unit is steps to the pool which is well maintained. The roof top terrace was very cool to visit at night for a glass of wine and some solitude. The condo feels private and is quiet despite being one of four in a building. The ocean is approximately 6-8 min walk which is not bad at all even with kids/babies. This property also provides baby gates, beach towels, a pack n play, and other needed items that will save you from having to pack and travel with. Another favorite thing was the huge TV and comfy couch on the first level where we brought our Nintendo switch for kids to play at night! Great time all around. I would highly recommend and hope to visit this property again.

Perfect location for exploring

This property was so beautiful and such a great location. We were a short walk from the beach and right in the middle of Panama City and Destin. Shelly was wonderful and helpful. She was quick to respond to any messages and her home was absolutely beautiful and cozy.

The place is just as advertised and we had a great stay with our family. A couple of minor maintenance issues that Shelly immediately took care of. Perfect location and fully stocked house, beach equipment and all. Look forward to going back to this place when we can
