Charming 3-bedroom house in lovely Scituate, Ma. close to beach with water views
This property is for SUMMER RENTAL ONLY. Your Scituate adventure begins with a short walk (just 4 houses away) to the beach. Enjoy the smell and sight of the wonderful surf. Rocky coast adds to the beauty. Just a mile and a half bike ride to the Scituate lighthouse and another 1/2 mile takes you into the fabulous harbor town where there are several wonderful restaurant and boutiques. You are basically in walking distance to lots of summer fun. And at the end of the day relax on the back deck or swing on the front Patio’s wicker swing and gaze at the ocean. NOTE: *This rental is for minimum of 2 week stays only. If you rent the house for full 1month (June, July & Aug.) you will receive a 10% discount. Added note: There is a small cottage behind the house that has a year round renter. She is a friendly young woman with a small golden retriever and is very quiet and respectful of your space. She is aware of the main house being rented and does not have a problem with have guests stay there.

You will not find a quieter neighborhood. All the neighbors are respectful of your privacy. Only 4 doors up the street from the beach makes the house accessible for you to stay on the beach for hours and relax. Nice walk or bike ride to the light house is an added feature along with beautiful sunrises and sunsets.
