Guests have access to the entire community free of charge. The elevator right outside the condo takes you down to the private parking garage where you have 1 parking space.

- A reservation is required to use the tennis court November through

June. The cost is $5 per reservation or $20 per month for unlimited

reservations. Please visit the Pedregal office (located inside the

South Gate to Pedregal, behind the marina) upon your arrival to pay

- The maximum occupancy is 4 registered guests. No unregistered

guests may stay in the condo overnight

- Please be advised, there is construction in the area and is going to

continue through strictly controlled work times within the master

community of Pedregal HOA

- The loud music floating in from Cabo until 3:30 has always been part

of the Cabo San Lucas scene

- Your safety matters. This property features a Ring doorbell security

camera, located next to the front door. The camera is outward

facing and does not look into any interior spaces. The cameras do

not record video and/or sound while guests are in residence

- The community has strict rules and imposes fines upon the owner

for guests` unsuitable behavior which in turn results in the renter

paying the fine. This keeps the community enjoyable for all.
