Nice basement place

This was a nice place to stay a few nights for a family of 5. It is a basement and people walking in the rooms above can be heard below but it wasn't an issue for us since there were only people above one night of our stay.

Excellent stay!

Communication with our host, Spencer, was excellent! The apartment was very clean and well-stocked with everything you may need. The beds were very comfortable which was a big plus for us. Check in was a breeze. The location was perfect for all the events we were involved in over the weekend. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and family again.

Board Games in Billings

Plenty of space for a couple adults and kids. I used it just for myself and to play board games with some of my Billings friends. Would love to rent it again when I'm back in town. Spencer was great a communicating with me.

Wonderful place to stay

We so enjoyed staying here. Really clean and had everything we needed. Spencer was so attentive when we asked him to turn up the air conditioning. Hope we did what we were supposed to and tried to leave everything in good shape. Would stay again anytime.

Clean, Comfortable & Convenient,

We enjoyed our Four Day stay here. It was very convenient to shopping and food. The kitchen was well stocked with basic supplies .apartment was clean and comfortable. Mr Stone was super nice. We arrived early and he was OK with that. I would stay here again.

We stayed here with 2 grandkids. There was plenty of room. We were able to cook and they were able to move/run around and play. They were even invited to play on equipment in the back yard by the lafy upstairs. We did miss having a bathtub, but not a deal breaker. It was clean and comfortable.

This is THE place you want to stay.

First and foremost, the owner is amazingly accommodating. He responded before we checked in, during our stay, and took care of our needs very well. Here's a list of why this place rocks: 1) Full kitchen with enough settings for big families 2) Very comfortable beds, just as good as ones in your house 3) Internet and Cable were both available and worked perfectly 4) Very secure having multiple doors for entry, never worried about our belongings 5) Neighborhood is very quiet, upstairs occupants didn't make a lot of noise 6) The extras like the guidebook and binders and all the little things that hotels do, he does. I lived in billings, and there were things on there that I didn't even know. Seriously, if you want a great place to stay (better and cheaper than most hotels), book this property. This is now our go-to for anytime we are going to be in town.

Best word to describe it: Cozy

The place was well stocked, clean and the beds were comfy. We were there for a hospitalized family member and it was great for the family to be together. Host was very accommodating and easy to contact. Location was nice, close to shopping, restaurants and an easy drive to hospital. Would stay again without second thought.

Superior 2 week visit

This was a superior stay. BNB is off Bench Ave therefore reduced road noise. The facility was clean and well kept. Access was easy. Location is ideal for getting around Billings. Retail stores; WalMart, UPS, USPS and fast food and restaurants are nearby. Easy access to the airport and other major roadways. Washing machine/dryer availability and kitchen: stove, oven, refrigerator, dishes, pots, & pans made eating out optional. Parking was off the street and convenient. I will stay here again without hesitation. WiFi and TV are included.

Very comfortable.

Enjoyed our stay. Little confusing to locate the building so a map on the HomeAway site would be nice. Also need to ask renter how to contact them, can't assume the phone number accepts texts, so I never received the communications from the home owner. Also one of my party is allergic to cats and there was a cat outside, it would be nice to have had this information. The apartment was clean and well cared for.

Thanks for the input. We have improved communication options, and have contact information inside the unit in case of questions, concerns or ??? Cats do wander outside, but are not inside the lower unit at all. I am allergic to cats myself, and my allergies have never flared up with the outside cats from the neighborhood.
