Escape to a charming 2-bedroom house in Decatur. Fully renovated and updated in 2023 Unwind in the cozy bedrooms featuring a queen and full bed. With 2 bathrooms 1 equipped with a bathtub and shower and one with a large shower. Guests can freshen up after a day of exploring. Plus, there's an additional office space not yet set up, here you could add an air mattress or set up all your baby needs. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Decatur and our house has to offer.
Located between a Church and a Law Office.
Outdoor deck with table and chairs to sit and unwind or sit on the front porch and watch the days go by.
Walk to the Decatur square and enjoy our beautiful town square for some shopping and relaxing.
Decatur offers many cute places to enjoy a drink and listen to music. Food trucks are often an amenity at the County Seat along with some great local talented bands. Grab coffee and some eats at Trinity Street.
While our historical Courthouse is under construction it is still a must see.

I did a full remodel in 2023 and I would love to have you enjoy this house with you and your family during your stay in Decatur. The location is so convenient to the town square and the church next door allows for extra parking.

The location of this house is so nice, you can walk to the square and grab dinner and or cocktails. When the Courthouse remodel is complete the square will be buzzing with even more excitement.
