Welcome to our peaceful Vermont retreat in Charlotte. Tucked on a quiet, tree-lined acre near Lake Champlain, this cedar-shingle home blends rustic charm with thoughtful modern comforts.

As frequent travelers ourselves, we designed the space with the details we always hope to find: comfortable latex hybrid mattresses, high-quality linens, Garnier Thiebaut towels, and spaces that make it easy to relax and slow down.

The home offers the perfect balance of privacy and convenience—just 10 minutes from Charlotte Beach, 18 minutes from Burlington, UVM, and the airport, and under an hour from the ski slopes in Stowe. With fast fiber Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, and peaceful surroundings, the home is also ideal for a quiet work-from-anywhere escape. A private Level 2 NACS EV charger (11.5 kW) adds up to 25 miles of range per hour.

A short 5-minute walk brings you to Adam’s Berry Farm, a beloved local honor-system market offering fresh produce, pantry goods, frozen meals, and snacks—perfect for an easy farm-to-table dinner.

After a day exploring the Champlain Valley, unwind in the hot tub beneath the stars, gather around the fire pit, or cook with local ingredients in the fully equipped chef’s kitchen. The newly built screened porch and spacious deck create beautiful spaces for morning coffee, outdoor dinners, and relaxed evenings surrounded by maple trees.
