Hermosa DC RowHouse en un vecindario tranquilo y seguro

Vive como un Washingtoniano en nuestra clásica casa en fila de DC a solo 3 kilómetros al norte del Capitolio. Nuestra casa adosada urbana de tres pisos se actualiza con toques modernos. Ubicado a minutos de todas las atracciones y al mismo tiempo disfrutar de una experiencia única en el vecindario de DC. Patio privado. 10 minutos a pie de dos estaciones de metro, CVS, Harris Teeter, Giant, restaurantes / bares / tiendas de moda. Internet rápido, café, té, agua embotellada, pañuelos de papel, toallas de baño, champú, acondicionador, gel de baño y lociones para su uso.
Por lo general respondo al instante. Las comodidades son para su uso. Toda la casa tiene 4 dormitorios, 3 baños. Podemos ayudar y administrar los servicios de recogida y recogida en el aeropuerto a pedido. No permitimos fiestas o grandes reuniones de invitados afuera de nuestra casa. Great stay in DC

We enjoyed a comfortable quiet stay in DC for a long weekend. This adorable house appeared to be newly renovated and the decor was lovely. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you might need. We used Uber and getting around town was seamless. The host was very accessible and answered questions quickly. I would absolutely stay here again on my next trip to DC.

Great experience

I went with my daughters 5th grade class, some parents and teachers. We had a great experience and Jacob was VERY communicative. The property is exactly as shown in pictures and we had everything we needed on site. Thank you Jacob!

Washington stay

Close to downtown, quite neighborhood and Jacob answered all the questions we had. It's a quick uber ride to downtown DC or a 15 walk to the station.

Great place

We had a great time at Jacob's place. The house was clean and easily accommodated 5 adults and 4 children. Having a designated parking place was a plus. Jacob regularly checked in with us with events in the area and was responsive to all our needs. We'd definitely stay here again!

Nice

The property was nice and the location to DC was excellent. However, there are some deficiencies. The bedrooms are small, and outlets are very limited. Windows in one room would not close tight so did not try to force them. The shower in the main bedroom was extremely small, hardly enough room to even turnaround. Kitchen was well stocked, and appliances are new. The internet was fast, and TV was new, still had the plastic on it. The couches were terrible and never meant to be sat on. That left no seating in the main room for anything. Dining table was fine and had 6 chairs which provided the only seating in the main room. The property manager was extremely nice and always available. He provided dining options and helped with the limited parking. Jacob was the most responsive manager that I have worked with on VRBO. Thanks, Jacob, for all your help. The property was everything you could provide based on what was available.

Beautiful neighborhood rental

Had a fantastic time renting this property. Presents exactly as it does online. Spacious, beautiful finishing touches and parking in the back of the home. Perfect for a family that needs multiple rooms.

Very clean and quiet

Very clean property and quiet neighborhood (said there was a neighborhood quiet hour after 10:00 PM). We appreciated the no shoes rule. Also the owner showed us the private parking in the back that was more secure which was nice. Comfortable beds. The only thing I would wish to be different would be more comfortable couches in the living room.

Great Washington Trip

The accommodations are very nice. The property is convenient to the Capitol, White House, and other attractions. Even with four to six of us transportation was affordable using LYFT and UBER. Because of our age we could not do a lot of walking so we did not try to use the Metro, but saved our walking for the attractions. Very comfortable beds. Jacob was very accommodating.

JUST AS ADVERTISED

Jacob was amazingly responsive, answered any questions about the space within minutes, felt fully confident he would manage any issues (there weren't any!) House was fresh, tidy and comfortable ( before I read people say there is a mothball smell . but I and our group did not smell it, the house smells just as our own house, fresh and very homey)- we had a lovely time! Would return if in DC agiain-

Not as advertised

We were scheduled from 6/6 to 6/16 and left for another location on 6/10, would have left sooner if we could have made arrangements. Their ad states that it is a safe location, I guess so if you wanted neighbors that start playing loud music in the cars and yelling profanities in the wee hours of the morning. This happened almost every night. With having 5 children with us we felt this was not a safe or healthy environment for them Also, the house has a definite odor to it that penetrates your hair and clothing. We had to launder our clothes twice, sometimes three times to get the odor out. All of our luggage also needed to be aired out and the clean clothes contained in them as well laundered. We addressed this multiple times to Jacob and he said there was no odor. Evidently the 8 of us were imagining it...not!!! Also, twice there were bugs in the basement shower, Jacob denied that as well. When a refund was requested Jacob made all kinds of excuses and still has not given a definitive answer. I would not recommend this house to anyone.

A nice place to stay

Jacob was extremely communicative before, during and after our stay. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. He made sure clean towels and water were available daily. I realized that he just wants to be ready for help any time and hopes the guests to feel comfortable like at home. Our group was very pleased!!! I would recommend Jacob as a host to any friends or colleague.

Beautiful house, great location

The house is very nice inside. in the rooms there are towels, maps, coupons , bottle waters places on the bed side tables. It is close to public transportations; bike shares and bus stops just in front of the house, metro two blocks away. but you can easily uber lyft or use Via ride shares everywhere in DC just around $4 - $8. we had a great stay and Jacob is very responsive and helpful.

Maison propre, proprietaire sympa, i recommande!

La maison n’est pas loins de metro, convenient pour aller à DC. Très mignonne, dans chaque chambre, il y a l’eau, le mouchoir, la serviette, tous ce qu’il faut. La salle de bain et le toilette sont aussi très propres. Le propriétaire Jacob est un fellow très sympa, très accueillant! Il répond tous de suite et fournisse tous les infos que on besoins, on a sent comme on est chez nous, très confortable. C'est un endroit que on recommande fortement!

In DC, I strongly recommend you to use / request ride share car services like Uber, Lyft or Via, they are cheap in DC area, anywhere in DC around $2 to $8 in normally ( they are just like a taxi, you just download the app on your phone).
