Thank you for your feedback which is very dishonest but you’re within your rights to. The home was not dirty in anyway as I personally inspected the home after my cleaning team did their job. The photos you depicted: 1. Was a lighter which you moved the bed away from the wall to see (which must have been an oversight from my cleaners ). Not a blunt like you claimed as this is strictly a non smoking home . 2. The door frame was destroyed by a bad guest who had stayed at the property and I kindly explained to you that the frames had been ordered and waiting to be re installed. 3. The hanger for the towel which has been fixed now was ripped by the previous guest that checked out same day as you checked in and we didn’t have enough time to have the wall plastered before your check in time so we don’t keep you waiting to check in and I also gave you the option if it would be a bother for the contractor to come and have it fixed during your stay. That being said those 2 fixtures could not have impacted your stay especially when communication was very fluent with you and i m also offered you a discount for any inconveniences but you wanted to stay and still get a refund and I asked you to leave if you wanted a refund because you can’t claim to be uncomfortable, want a refund and still want to stay at a property. We have seen some guests like yourself who look for every reason to want a refund and still enjoy the amenities of a place which don’t encourage small business owners. So I’m glad we both had a mutual satisfactory experience of you not staying at the property as we strive to make our guests as comfortable as possible. And appreciate kind guests. So all the best !
