Quédese una semana o más en nuestro 3BR / 2 recientemente remodelado. ¡Casa 5BA en Woodland Park, Colorado para una escapada perfecta mientras disfruta del calor de su hogar! ¡Disfruta de nuestro HOT TUB y, a partir del otoño de 2018, dos nuevas camas King size! Trabajamos duro para proporcionar una hermosa casa amueblada y una experiencia de calidad. Esta es la casa perfecta para unas vacaciones familiares.

No somos una gran empresa con múltiples listados. Somos solo una familia que decidió abrir nuestra casa para alquiler de vacaciones con el fin de mantener la casa en la familia. Nuestra familia ha creado recuerdos maravillosos en esta casa y en el área de Woodland Park y esperamos que tú también puedas.

Nada se compara con la hermosa experiencia de montaña de la región de Pikes Peak. Woodland Park es un pueblo de montaña amigable a solo 18 millas al norte de Colorado Springs y el área circundante ofrece algo para todos: Academia de la Fuerza Aérea, Jardín de los Dioses, 7 Cataratas, Cueva de los Vientos, Santa's Village, Pikes Peak Cog Train Ride, Cripple Creek / Victor - ciudades mineras históricas con grandes juegos de azar / casino, rafting, aguas termales y la mejor pesca con mosca en cualquier lugar.

Si está buscando descansar y relajarse, nuestra casa está ubicada en un amplio lote, tiene una hermosa vista de las montañas, Wifi, teléfono, TV de alta definición en todas las habitaciones, cocina totalmente equipada, lavadora / secadora grandes , gran deck y parrilla a gas. Este es el lugar perfecto para renovar el cuerpo, la mente y el alma. Ocupación máxima 7.

Our family was appreciative of the wonderful retreat at the Woodland Park Haven for the first days of our Colorado vacation! It provided a great vase for all the places we wanted to visit. We had a great time! The home was clean and comfortable.We enjoyed cooking breakfast each morning, activities in the day and relaxing in the hot tub in the evening. This is a great location for many things in Colorado. We would stay again, for sure!

This home is exactly what we were looking for! Even though it’s minutes from the town of Woodland Park, it feels remote and has gorgeous Mountain Views. Not to mention only 25 minutes or so from Colorado Springs! The home is clean and cozy and has a beautiful HUGE fenced yard which was perfect for our dogs! The hot tub and fun outdoor space was even better than the pictures showed. The host was very communicative, friendly and hospitable!! Would definitely stay again!!

Lovely Family Getaway in the Mountains

Working with Jim, the owner, was extremely easy. He was so pleasant to work with. The communication was extremely helpful. The minute we walked in the house smelled amazing. Everything was so clean. Relaxing in the hot tub at night after a long day exploring was the perfect was to wrap up our day. We would definitely return to this location!

This was the perfect rental home, far exceeding my dreams. The large, fully fenced property was a haven, making our stay incredibly stress-free for both myself and my dog. Long weekend getaway

Beautiful mountain getaway

A wonderful house in a beautiful location. All the amenities are present. The home is roomy, comfortable and has lots of nice extras. Jim was very attentive and really made the effort to make sure all was to our liking. So glad we didn’t stay in Colorado Springs and came her instead!

Ideal location

We had some issues with the check-in/check-out process, but other than that the property is an absolutely gorgeous place to stay. Wildlife like deer, rabbits, crows, ravens, and other birds enjoy walking out in the yard right in front of the massive windows, giving you a front row seat to what can be an amazing and sometimes interesting show. My daughter saw a crow pulling at a squirrel's tail repeatedly to provoke it! The yard is so lovely and our dog really loved running around and smelling everything. The TVs are equipped with Roku, which was really fantastic to use. The location is also incredible, since it's such a short drive from the many things to do in Woodland Park, and it's also easy to access the main road to go to a lot of other attractions like the Garden of the Gods. It's a great place to sit out on the patio with a drink looking at the mountains beyond the fence. The kitchen was also stocked with a surprising (and nice!) array of kitchen utensils and seasonings, and it also has a Keurig!

Fabulous home with all amenities!

This home is exactly the way they describe and show. Jim is an excellent host and made the entire experience stressfree and welcoming. We enjoyed reading, watching movies, hot tubbing and cooking in the kitchen. The beds were extremely comfortable and we were able to adventure to many places as this is an awesome base camp. You will not be disappointed with this property and it is truly worth the money!

Woodland Park Cabin

The property was excellent and we would highly recommend. This was our first visit to Woodland Park and found it to be a quiet little town in the mountains. Our son and family live in Colorado Springs so we traveled back and forth - about 40 minutes. The scenic drive is breathtaking. The owner provided local recommendations and could not have been more helpful! We hope to return in the future.

Cozy cabin

The Woodland Park Haven is cozy, well furnished, well decorated, and had everything we needed! The hot tub and patio were awesome, even with 3 feet of snow! The stay was a great experience overall. The cabin is on the edge of town, so stores were just miles away, which was convenient. We were a little surprised there were apartments so close by when we initially arrived, but it was so quiet that we completely forgot about them. Jim was excellent at communicating and kept us informed on delays due to weather. Thank you for workng with us and making our stay possible!

Cozy Getaway

This was a lovely cabin for our family. Was very clean. We enjoyed hanging out, snuggled up in the living room watching movies during a snowy weekend. The hot tub was wonderful and we were thankful we could bring our pup with us. The host was very communicative. We had a little glitch during our stay, but Jim was so helpful, it really wasn't an issue. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

This home has many wonderful memories for our family. It was originally the home of our mother Judy Newberry who passed away in 2011. Colorado has been a regular and special destination for our family as we spent 10+ years vacationing in the Manitou Springs / Woodland Park area as kids. We have participated multiple times in many of the activities that you will participate in this week such as Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds, Seven Falls, the Royal Gorge and White Water Rafting to name just a few.

It was our mother’s dream to live / retire in Colorado. While her journey was cut too short to retire here, she did live / work here the last 10 years of her life. We wanted to continue our family ritual by keeping this home in the family. In order to do so, we needed to off-set expenses with some sort of revenue. It just made sense for us open our home to other families providing the opportunity for you to create memories just as our family has.

Transparently, it’s a little hard to open up your home to strangers. But our mother provided us a lifetime of lessons teaching what it means to be hospitable and serve others. We are not some big company with multiple properties - we are just a family sharing our home with your family. We work hard to honor our mothers legacy by providing you a nice home and a warm / welcoming experience. We ask that you treat our home appropriately and we hope that you have a WONDERFUL time staying here. Jim Newberry & Jamie Anderson (owners)

We have tried to include many of the items that are often overlooked in other vacation rentals. You will find plenty of linens, a good start of paper goods (toilet paper, paper towels, napkins), trash bags, spices, and kitchen appliances. We have also worked hard on our outdoor attractions with a spacious completely fenced in yard, fire pit, patio with yard lights, and of course our relaxing hot tub.
