Welcome to this expansive three-level penthouse in Polanco, where city views meet refined comfort. Ideal for families or groups, this elegant home features a private rooftop, three main bedrooms, and a maid’s room, offering plenty of space and privacy for all.

Main Level
The entry level welcomes you with a spacious living area, open-plan kitchen, and dining table for eight. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer beautiful city views from the balcony. This floor also has a king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a laundry area, a guest bathroom, and a service bathroom.

Lower Level
The lower level includes a cozy TV lounge with a 70` smart TV and a large desk, perfect for remote work. Here, you’ll find two bedrooms: one with a king bed and the other with two twin beds, each with private bathrooms. An additional maid’s room with its own full bathroom offers flexibility for larger groups.

Rooftop Terrace
The rooftop is designed for dining and relaxation, with a Weber BBQ grill, dining table for eight, hanging chairs, and ambient string lights. A guest bathroom and storage area make this an ideal spot to unwind and enjoy panoramic city views.

Additional Details
This penthouse includes three dedicated parking spaces, midweek cleaning, and complimentary wine. Please note that portable fans are provided in each room, as there is no air conditioning. While rare, there may be a slight odor in the downstairs bathrooms due to building infrastructure, though it does not affect the overall functionality.

You’ll have full, exclusive access to the home.

Within walking distance, you’ll find markets, cafes, bars, and some of the city`s iconic museums, making this location ideal for first-time visitors and seasoned travelers alike.

The nearest international airport is Mexico City International (MEX), approximately 10 miles away, with driving times varying based on traffic. The penthouse includes three dedicated parking spaces, and public transportation options are within a short walk, providing easy access to the rest of the city.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

Wonderful home for a week. Ten minute walk to Lincoln Park- perfect area for restaurants. Comfortable beds, portable fans in every bedroom. Parking our vehicle was super easy. Loved the living room view and the upper patio was a great place to unwind. Would highly recommend staying here

We had a great experience staying at this place in Polanco. The location is honestly perfect. You can walk everywhere, there are tons of restaurants and cafés nearby, and the area feels very safe and family friendly. It made getting around with our baby really easy.The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for the week. Everything worked well and the host was super responsive whenever we had a question. We also ended up renting a car during the trip, so having secure parking in the building was a huge plus.Overall, this was the perfect home base for our time in Mexico City. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting CDMX.

The location of the property was perfection! The apartment was very nice and well equipped. We were stayed for a full week and overall we enjoyed our stay. There were a few complaints- the kitchen sink had zero hot water or water pressure. They made note in their welcome book that you have to run it for 5 minutes but that doesn't work. This was frustrating as we cook.Since we were there for a full week, I reached out to inquire about maid service for linens. Management stated that due to the length of time we were renting the unit they would have a maid come mid week to take care of this. The maid never showed up and I never received any communication from management on this.

Positive: from a two week rental—nice location, fine building with security. Easy walk to shopping and restaurants. Nice to sit on the third level terrace and good beds- bedding. Great service team who came to clean and do repairs. Negative: noisy part of Polanco. Okay with windows closed but no air conditioning nor cross ventilation. Hot water system was not working when we arrived nor was the WiFi. It took a few service visits to get all the filters on showers and taps cleaned so there was enough draw for the on demand system to heat water. Cleaning crew kept accidentally unplugging WiFi transmitter and fix required making sure each device was plugged in. Information book on how the rental worked was not in a logical place and took a day to locate. Furniture is IKEA serviceable but not what I expected in penthouse. I might consider renting this unit again now that I know the issues. Response to problems was exceptional but the unit needed better preventative maintenance. There were a few questions regarding items that were in the pictures but not present in the condo. And a curious exchange regarding a Weber briquette barbecue that was up on the terrace-briquettes were there but no way to light them. Response was we don’t supply that. Smoke and CO2 detectors were working on the main level.
