Escape to the Boston Mountains at a secluded mountain retreat! The property encompasses 20 private acres with beautiful views of the valley. Hot tub, fire pit, hammocks, sleeps 6!

Drive down the long gravel road to the cabin and find yourself nestled in the forest with a view of the mountains. Lots wildlife in all seasons. Waterfalls and creeks flowing in the wet season!

Go inside and find a cozy open living room filled with everything you'll need to relax: books, games, 70" smart tv, xbox, and blankets! Hot chocolate, tea, popcorn/snacks for each guest in the welcome basket!

Step into the kitchen and you'll find everything you'll need in the fully stocked kitchen: cooking utensils, silver-wear, glasses, crock pot, blender, pots/pans, bowls!

The cabin offers 3 bedrooms, 2 fulls bathrooms, and a loft with a ping pong room!

The master bedroom has a king bed with a full bath. One guest bedroom has a queen bed, and the other has 2 twin beds. The loft upstairs has a workspace, smart tv, futon couch, hammock, and a connecting ping pong room!

You'll have the cabin and 20 quiet acres in the forest all to yourself! You're more than welcome to explore the property, however, it is very rocky & rugged as you go further from the cabin. If you do explore, you may find one of our wet season waterfalls and/or creeks hidden throughout the property!

Take in the view of the mountains during the day, stargaze at night, and enjoy an escape in nature at Sundance Cabin!

Very nice stay. Secluded but people just up the road if you needed something. Hot tub was a big plus. And the sunsets were absolutely beautiful. Would stay here again.

Gorgeous setting hidden away from people and traffic noises. Idyllic cabin in the woods. Everything was very comfortable. Teenagers loved watching football on the massive TVs and playing ping pong. Views were unbelievable

The house is beautiful and the owner is very responsive. I would suggest attempting to find the house during the day, as the gravel road can be tough to see at night. My partner and I would both stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. We did arrive after dark which made navigating the location difficult, however the nearest neighbor was very friendly & helpful. Had our timing been such that we arrived before dark, the map & directions provided would’ve been much easier to follow. Throughout our planning, the host was always quick to respond & overall, maintains a nice place!

Quiet cabin surrounded in natural beauty!

We truly enjoyed this treasure tucked away in the mountains. The property was full of birds and critters that were fun to watch at sunrise and sunset. The house was stocked with all the amenities and the hot tub was super relaxing under the stars. The owner/host was very responsive and gracious! We’d love to come back someday soon!

The cabin was exactly as described - beautiful view, quiet, very cozy inside. We enjoyed our weekend. The kitchen is well equipped, there are tons of games, and lots of cozy blankets.

A beautiful get away

This property was great for our family to relax after hiking and mountain biking. We loved the hot tub and the views. We enjoyed day trips to Devils Den State Park, Lake Fort Smith, and White Rock Mountain. Comfortable accommodations and a well stocked kitchen.A couple things to note:-it's a charcoal grill-the driveway into the property is rough-you won't want to leave!

This beautiful house is so well decorated and homey we all felt so comfortable Ms just enjoyed everything about the property and the location. We went on 4 different hikes and saw 5 waterfalls it was just a beautiful weekend!

Place was very nice but the driveway is terrible.One other thing is the listing said pets are ok but the communication after I booked it said no pets. It didn't matter because I didn't bring one but everything is not in agreement. Overall the place was great.

Complete seclusion

Secluded cabin, great space, comfortable beds, nicely equipped kitchen and eating space. Nice deck. The road in can be tricky if there has bad rains, a sedan car is going to have issues, as we did. Had to park up the road from the badly rutted area leading up to cabin. We still had wonderful stay, will definitely come back.Owner was very prompt with communication and friendly.

Perfect get away

The place was outstanding! It’s secluded and offers a ton of privacy. You feel like you have the mountains to yourself. Adam has taken care to stock the house with everything you need for your stay. There is a little something for everyone from the ping pong table in the loft to the variety of hammocks to relax in outside. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Schools Over Get Out of Town

This was an amazing property with great amenities, wonderful view and no one around! Amazing way to end the school year and kick off summer. Big rooms, comfy beds, ping pong, hot tub, plenty of towels and enough hammocks for everyone to relax in. It rained on us, but made sleeping in and reading books that much better. We did do a hike in the area. Host was easy to communicate with and provided great info about the area. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Broken Microwave which the host told me about when we arrived and they had a counter top unit we could use in the utility closet. Master bedroom door knob was loose and almost ready to fall off. Half the chairs at the dinning table are wobbly, ine has a busted slat under the cushion. The lady bugs were a litttle much, spent an hour dealing with all of those in the bedrooms. Left the one on the main ceiling alone. The window sills all have dead lady bugs, that have been there awhile. The main drive to the cabin needs to be marked a little better for night arrivals. I'm not sure the smoke detectors even function, the one with the two rwin beds was open with no battery.It was fun, at a quiet spot for me and my boys but not likely to return. With some maintenance and better cleaning would be a place we would stay two to three times a year.

Family getaway

The property was just the right size with all the amenities. It was perfectly secluded with an amazing view of the sunset each night. The kids loved the hot tub and the nerf guns! Adam was super responsive anytime I reached out. We really enjoyed our stay and will likely be returning. I imagine in the fall the view is spectacular. Thanks Adam!

Amazing Cabin Stay with Thoughtful Host and Beautiful Surroundings

We had an incredible week staying at this beautiful cabin in the Arkansas woods! From the moment we arrived, our host Adam was kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. He provided so many thoughtful recommendations for things to do in the area, which really helped us make the most of our stay.The cabin itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. You can tell a lot of care and attention has gone into making it a true home away from home. We especially loved the privacy—being surrounded by nature, grilling out, and relaxing in the hot tub under the stars without any nearby neighbors was exactly the kind of peaceful escape we were hoping for.Our kids had a blast too, and we all enjoyed exploring the nearby trails at Devil’s Den State Park—highlighted by spotting a baby bear! This place struck the perfect balance of comfort, adventure, and tranquility. We truly loved every minute of our stay and would absolutely return. Highly recommend!

It’s been my dream to create a special getaway place to share with others - a place for families, couples, and friends to get away from it all, reconnect, and enjoy the seclusion and peacefulness Sundance has to offer. I currently live in Tulsa, OK with my 2 girls, Nora (4) and Eloise (2)! I spend most of my time with my 2 beautiful girls. When I’m not with them or working, I’m out here at the cabin taking care of the place and building hiking trails!

I chose this place because of its location, seclusion, and views of the valley. Hidden at the end of the road, it’s just so peaceful. When I first came out there I knew immediately this was the place. Several majors cities within a few hours, 20 secluded acres, tons of wildlife. Not to mention, endless hiking and camping areas around Devils Den State Park and Lake Fort Smith. I hope to have a full hiking trail system built through the property with a serene glamping experience soon on the property!
