Summary:

Our premium and brand new tower newly designed 2 bedrooms apartment is located in Downtown Dubai, on the Boulevard, before Dubai Opera and the Burj Khalifa and the famous fountain, where all the action of Dubai happens.



This is a 4-minute walk from the famous Dubai Mall with the the beautiful Burj Khalifa and the excitement of the mall's cinemas, restaurants, ice skating rink, Kidzania and so much more.

Please be informed that the pool will remain closed on 31st December evening due to New Year celebrations.

Regular timings (9:00 AM – 11:00 PM) will resume from 1st January.



The Space:

This beautifully furnished 2 bedroom apartment will make you feel like you are in a luxurious 5 star hotel. The apartment also comes with a parking for your car, a swimming pool, a gymnasium, a kids area and a business centre.



The master bedroom uses a 180x200cm bed with its ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 beds of 120x200cm each and a bathroom just outside the room. There is the option to make the sofa in a bed (150x200cm) in the living room allowing you to be more than 4 people.



Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need, with Nespresso machine, a toaster, kettle, serving plates, oven plates and a lot more.



We provide for you all amenities including fresh towels, clean linen, water, coffee, tea, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body cream and others.

Check out time by 12pm



Naturally we will always try and accommodate according to your needs when our calendar permits.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire brand new 2-bedroom apartment located on the 9th floor, including both bedrooms (one with a king bed, the other with a king bed), two full bathrooms, the living room (with a sofa bed), and the fully equipped kitchen. Additionally, guests can enjoy the building's shared amenities, such as the swimming pool, gymnasium, and kids' area. Parking is available for your convenience.

Getting around from our downtown apartment is a breeze! You'll find excellent public transportation options nearby, including the Dubai Metro, with the closest station a short walk away. From there, you can easily access all major attractions and areas of the city. For those driving, we offer convenient parking within the building. Travel times are quick: Dubai International Airport (DXB) is approximately a 20-minute drive, and the main metro hubs are easily accessible within minutes.

Other Things to Note:

Please take note of the following important details for your stay. Check-in is from 3 PM to 11 PM. Check-out is by 12 PM. We require a copy of all guests' passports before check-in and a check-in form must be signed upon arrival. For the comfort of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, with a fine of AED 500 for violations. Please be aware that there are fines for lost items: AED 500 for a lost access card and AED 200 for a lost key. We look forward to welcoming you!
