An amazing property in a stunning location. Very spacious and the hosts Emma and Quinn were brilliant. We were 8 friends who used it as a our location for a week and we could not fault it. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants a beautiful home for their holiday in Madeira.We will be back!

Nice house on wonderful location

Pool with a view, flexible and nice owners, they live on the highest floor but that’s no problem at all, good communication, nice walks and beaches in the neighbourhood. We’d definitely come back !

Lovely property, magnificent views

We had a beautiful vacation in this property. From the balcony you have a magnificent view over the valley and the ocean. The villa is well-maintained and clean. The beds are good and the rooms have lots of space. The owners are very helpfull and they assist immediately if needed. You can always reach them. The small but nice beach, good restaurants and large supermarket are in the neighbourhood. We can reccomment you this property on this superb Island. Emma and Quim, thank you!

Wonderful villa with fantastic hosts

Quim and Emma could not have been more friendly, welcoming and hospitable, from the off we felt comfortable and at home. The villa, which is in a quiet neighbourhood and has spectacular views of the sea and village, is beautiful, spacious and clean with everything one needs for an enjoyable and relaxing holiday. The games room and pool were particularly appreciated by the teenagers in our party! The local supermarket at Calheta marina is excellent, with lots of fresh meat, fish, fruit, veg, bread and cakes. Arco da Calheta suited us perfectly as a quiet base for exploring the west of the island, but it also doesn't take long to drive back east to the bustle and tourist attractions of Funchal. We had a superb week at Casa Vista do Ledo, thank you!

Mum’s 80th birthday holiday was fabulous

Booked Casa Vista do Ledo for a milestone birthday for my mother, straight away I was informed about the steps in the villa as Emma wanted to make sure my mum could manage them. (She could by taking her time and using the hand rails!) The villa itself comes equipped with everything our group of nine needed for the stay. Emma and Qium are excellent hosts and respond to any messages or worries extremely quickly. The house has an amazing view down to the ocean that I never tired of watching. My mum had a wonderful time, the rest of the group echo that view and I had to prise my two nieces from the pool to get them on the plane home. Thank you so much for making our holiday memorable.

Large, comfortable villa with amazing views

We had a great week staying here. It's spacious, with comfortable beds and everything else you need for a large group. The owners are very helpful and Quim even welcomed us there at 4am after our flight was horrendously delayed (beyond the call of duty) and helped in other ways too. The views of course are incredible and although it is up a very steep hillside (like everywhere in Madeira) we did not find the drive there difficult even in the middle of the night. It is well lit and the roads are good. The only slight quibble is that one of the upstairs bedrooms has glass bricks through to the lounge area so if you want to go to bed and someone still has the lights on in the lounge it is still pretty light in there. That is our only minor complaint though.

Schönes großzügiges Haus

Magnifique séjour dans une maison de rêve

Maison avec tout le confort souhaite et très bien équipé La salle de jeux est superbe, la piscine très agréable et la vue magnifique. Parfaite pour notre grande famille. 4 superbes chambres et une cinquième plutôt de passage Le propriétaire est charmant et très disponible. Un vrai coup de cœur.

5 ruimte slaapkamers, twee terassen met tafel voor 10 personen. Koffiepadjes en vaarwastabletten aanwezig om de eerste dagen door te komen. Een ruimte living, keuken en biljartruimte om het gezellig te maken voor een groep.

Absolutely stunning!!

We recently came back from our vacation at Casa Vista do Ledo and we already can’t wait to go back. The house was beautiful and clean and the Correia family was extremely accommodating. We had a group of seven yet never felt cramped as the house is huge! Arco do Calheta is a beautiful town and the view from the house is absolutely stunning. We rented two cars, however, the roads can be difficult to navigate. As a result, we used the taxi driver recommended to us by the Correia family, Nelson. We would highly recommend driving with Nelson rather than renting a car, even if you are used to mountain roads. He was very kind and funny and taught us a lot about the beautiful island that is Madeira. Casa Vista is a beautiful home in a beautiful town that I highly recommend visiting. The people are extremely kind and warm and the nature is breathtaking.

Sehr empfehlenswert

Wir waren mit vier Personen in der Villa, Luxus pur! Es war leider nicht soviel Zeit, um alle Möglichkeiten zu nutzen, aber der Pool wurde täglich besucht. Alles war sauber und gepflegt, die Begrüßung herzlich und zuvorkommend. Insgesamt ein gelungener Urlaub.

very beautifull house, perfect for groups

The stay in Arco da Calheta was very good, the house is beautiful and well furnished for a group. It was easy to visit Madeira from Arco de Calheta. The view is amazing the swimming pool too ! There is a supermarket at 10min by car so it's easy to do the shopping Quimm and Emma are very nice and helpful it was easy to have the keys and to give them back. As a summary : it's a very good address ! Anne

Excellent Holiday, we wiil be back soon!

We came back from Casa do Vista in Calheta a couple of weeks ago and wish we had never had to leave! The villa was lovely - clean, spacious, very well equipped for us and the kids and set in such an amazing location! The views were stunning and so peaceful. Pool area was lovely and relaxing and our two little girls (aged 2&3) loved it. I could have sat on the balcony looking at the views all day every day! The local taxi driver Nelson was fantastic and so helpful. He took us out to eat almost every night and regular trips to the beach and supermarket. Everything is close by, the sandy beach is the only one on the island and the girls loved it. Local cafes along the marina promenade were great and the supermarket stocked everything we needed. We've been looking for this holiday for years, staying at many differnet villa's, this one beats them all! We will definitely be going back as soon as we can!Thank you for a lovely time.
