The studio is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood, very easy to access. It’s clean and has a very comfortable bed. It’s great to have a full size washer & dryer in the unit. We found it to be economical and we would be very happy to stay again when we’re in the area.

The studio was very clean, tidy and well decorated. The bed was comfortable, and the unit was equipped with modern appliances, snacks, drinks, bathroom essentials, and laundry soap. Communication was timely and access to the unit was seamless which is located in a desirable neighborhood. Kevin grants you privacy and a well-maintained residence to consider "home" while visiting the Ventura area. I enjoyed my stay and plan to contact Kevin again in the future as I have friends and family that live in close proximity to this studio, so it was very convenient besides being such a pleasant environment.

Everything we needed and more was provided. It felt like a haven. The bed was amazingly comfortable and we slept soundly. The washer and driyer were great. The place was decorated with an ocean theme throughout. We also loved the location. It was close to the freeway, yet felt very rural and thrre was a little park right across the street.Ventura is a great place to use as a home base and the beaches are amazing.

Clean and spacious

Very clean and spacious room, nice furniture, all you would need for a few days. Full washer/dryer was great! Located near freeway in a newer neighborhood with a mini mart a block away.

Nice studio

Perfect studio apartment for my wife and I. Conveniently located right off of the freeway for easy access to all parts of Ventura. There was water, coffee, and other snacks provided as part of the stay as well, which we really appreciated!

Comfortable and well-appointed

We had a wonderful weekend getaway to the Ventura area, staying at this lovely property in Saticoy. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and spacious with all the amenities we needed. The neighborhood itself is quiet and safe-feeling. The property is a short drive to everything in the area.

Great property and even better host

The property was as described and the host worked with us throughout our trip to make sure things went smoothly. We had to extend our trip and they helped us make it a very easy process. 10/10 would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Great place to relax definitely coming back.

Everything was right on. Very clean, very quiet, and very easy to get everywhere I needed to go. The home looked brand new which was refreshing. I definitely would recommend this to anyone.
