Step through the French doors and enjoy true indoor-outdoor living. Your private patio is surrounded by colorful plants, with a cushioned seating area, fire pit, and outdoor dining space. A refreshing hot-and-cold outdoor shower is also available after a day at the beach.

Inside, vaulted ceilings create an open feel, while the one-bedroom layout keeps things cozy. The living room includes a sofa sleeper with an upgraded mattress, plenty of seating, and a smart TV. The kitchen is updated with stainless appliances, modern cabinetry, and all the essentials for meals and snacks. The bedroom features a queen bed, its own smart TV, and an en-suite bath with walk-in shower.

Additional perks include a washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi, linens, and a collection of beach gear to make your stay simple and fun. Dedicated parking for one vehicle is also available.

What a cute little place for a mini get away. The outdoor shower was a hit after the beach. We met some lovely neighbors and enjoyed how close it was to some restaurants and the market. The house had everything we needed and more, from beach toys to bikes!

We had such a great stay at this beach house in Ventura. The location was hard to beat—being so close to the ocean made the whole trip feel effortless and relaxing.The house itself was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. There was plenty of room for everyone, which made it especially ideal for a family stay. We loved being able to come back, spread out, and just enjoy the laid-back coastal vibe.Waking up near the beach and ending the day with ocean air was definitely a highlight. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’d absolutely stay here again.

This is a wonderful place to stay! Clean, very nicely remodeled and furnished. A real gem. The outdoor area is a real bonus and the high fencing really gives the feeling of it being very private. It is close to the beach and Pierpont Avenue with all of its great places to eat. I did have contact with the rental agency due to a minor electrical problem. They were friendly and very accommodating. I would love to stay there again the next time I am in Ventura!!.

All our wants and needs were nicely met w/ the exception of inadequate drawer space for our clothing & bed sheets that were too small for the bed (which was not the most comfortable). Otherwise, we were very pleased, esp. w/ the proximity to the beach (5-minute walk).
