Beacher's Oceanfront Patio Suite with onsite Front Desk and Staff

Although this 1st Floor Patio Suite will allow pets, there are a few other reasons that this condo could be the special spot for your seaside escape. A calm cool white throughout this condo keeps the focus on the horizon view of the ocean, which is as good as it gets from the first floor. This patio provides, although somewhat weathered, a plastic table that you can enjoy your meals outside if you desire. The living room provides the queen sleeper sofa and a 32" Flat Screen TV. This is one of the few pet friendly 1st Floor Queen Suites with a Full Kitchen. The stove with oven and medium refrigerator can make longer stays a bit more comfortable. The bathroom has an older tub and vanity, however has been updated with new faucets and lighting. A comfortable queen sized Beautyrest mattress in the bedroom is the perfect spot to watch the 32" Flat Screen TV. There is laminate flooring and a phone in the bedroom. This could be the perfect pet friendly suite for you. We do not recommend our bronze rated condos for a 1st time visit to Beacher's Lodge . SMALL PETS ARE ALLOWED. TWO PETS MAX. $75 PER PET. NON-REFUNDABLE. Grass outside of patio is not a dog walk area.

Always accommodating, clean rooms, close enough to town to go out to eat but far enough away to stay out of the hustle and bustle. I will never stay anywhere else when I vacation to the beach.

The overall property was decent with access to a nice beach which was amazing!! Our suite was very small tired and old and needed updating. We used the kitchen for making breakfast and some dinners. Not a lot of room to prepare and work. The bathroom was very small and awkward. The tv did not work. Maintenance was responsive, they came to fix it but still did not work properly. They only had charcoal grills which was not convenient.It was a 20 minute drive to St Augustine downtown which was nice.
