The cozy oceanfront patio suite will delight you into staying as long as you can by the seaside. Nestled in the sand dunes, this ocean view patio provides a peek at the ocean on one side and enchanting sea oats swaying in the sand dunes on the other. Enjoy the sea breeze from your oceanfront living room with queen sleeper sofa and large flat screen tv. Basic TV cable channels (as of 3/2025) or smart tv features available. Eat in, as this condo has modern kitchen amenities equipped with 2 burner stove top, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, refrigerator and kitchen sink. This condo has a bathtub shower combo and corner vanity that gives a bit more room than the typical Beacher's Lodge bathroom. Retreat to the king sized bed in the private bedroom and enjoy the flat screen tv and custom closet shelving. This condo has daily housekeeping service included in the rate for nightly and weekly stays, once a week housekeeping on monthly stays. Pets allowed, 2 pet max, $75 per pet per stay. Grass outside of patio is not a dog walk area. Daily housekeeping service included in nightly rate for nightly or weekly stays, once a week housekeeping in monthly stays. Minimum age to rent is 21 years old

This is our second time at Beachers Lodge. We enjoy it and were very thankful they allowed our fur baby to come along with us. Our housekeeping lady was so nice.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: About a 25min drive to downtown St Aug. Decent in the water location. Property dated overall, but unit in good shape. All staff encountered were excellent. Guy behind the desk, young housekeeping girl, maintenance guy all super friendly and fantastic. Downsides, floor was sandy when we got into the room, we had to sweep. Dogs cant use grassy area right outside back door, major con, ac fan kept going on and off all night even with correct setting.

My honest opinion

I just stayed there for a full month at Beatrice Lodge. I was on the first floor and had a view of the dunes, but I could look left and see the beach. The location on A1A, which is the main road was amazing. As far as the unit goes, it was immaculate and the pictures listed on VRBO were exact. The unit is wall, which was not a problem since it was just myself. I did have an issue with the noise at the unit over me on the second floor. Whoever was there made noise nonstop from one till night when I mean noise, I mean it almost sound like they were bouncing a ball and dragging things all day. Plus, it seemed like whenever someone left their unit. They would slam their door shut, and I mean, slam that I would be lying in bed and it made me jump every time. I did enjoy the maid service every morning asking if I need a fresh towels, toilet paper, kitchen towel, dish, dishwashing, liquid, etc. I thought this came whatever unit but apparently it didn’t. I must say the people who work there whether they were in the office, the cleaning ladies, the maintenance man everybody was really nice. I don’t know if I’d stay there again given all the noise, I mean, I didn’t go there to relax and lay in bed I did a lot, but when I went back to my room, I just wanted to rest and also seemed like everybody had a dog or two and all they did was bark and you could hear it in your room.

I’ve stayed Beacher’s Lodge before because it’s close to my family. This room was very clean, the pillows were great and bedding was super soft. I slept great here. It’s the perfect little spot for a couple or single traveler. The only issue we had was the tv but they came right up and showed my husband how to use it. We would definitely stay here again.
