This was our 2nd yr staying at the Quay. (Same building but different unit last June) The beach was beautiful, the location was wonderful, but to be honest...our unit left a little to be desired. We pd a bit more this yr - and for less.... Our view wasn't as nice or as private (overlooked the public parking lot) and the unit was definitely more dated. The fixtures were older, as was the decor. The gate/latch on the deck were rickety and difficult to use. My kids found the bunk beds uncomfortable- opting to share the queen in the guest room instead. My husband had brought some DVDs along thinking he might watch some movies....but our unit only had...VHS players..? Don't get me wrong - the basics were there (and solid.). Great outdoor shower, working coffee pot, plenty of cooking utencils, and it was clean. I think we may have just been spoiled last yr staying in a unit with a recently updated (granite) kitchen, with newer furniture, nice outdoor seating area with a better view, more modern amenities (f
