This home is located on the South side of Ocean Lakes, but it is on a spacious road and has plenty of PARKING!

Relax on the large, covered front porch, boasting outdoor dining and propane grill. This home is fully stocked with a full kitchen, including a dishwasher. Washer & Dryer available in the shed.
You'll also have access to beach chairs & sand toys for the kiddos.

Inside, there is cable TV in every room, and a stocked kitchen for preparing meals, including a dishwasher.

4 beds, sleeping 6 people. Maximum 4 adults.
Master Bedroom - 1 Queen Bed
Bedroom 2 - 1 Queen Size Bed
Bedroom 3 - Twin over Twin bunk beds

There's a playground and skate park right on the beach!

*Security/damage HOLD of $500 is REFUNDABLE and returned within 7-days after your stay is complete.

**PARKING fee is collected by the resort via express check-in or at arrival ($12-$15 per car/night). I will initiate the express check-in process for all guests, to save you the time of waiting in lines at arrival. But the Parking fees are handled by the resort, after that process is initiated.

MUST BE at least 25 years of age to reserve the house. The person reserving the home MUST BE STAYING IN THE HOME throughout the duration of rental agreement. NO EXCEPTIONS. Drivers of the golf cart must be 21 years of age, with a drivers license.
