You're steps from Bath House Row, National Park hiking trails and the many downtown shops and restaurants. This spa inspired downtown loft has all the comforts of home with a relaxing zen feel. The kitchen is fully stocked including a coffee maker, coffee and microwave. There is a 40" smart TV in the living room. Ample private parking and key-less entry.

This upstairs loft apartment has 11 foot ceilings and is decorated to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Three of the beds are in a private back room. There is a futon in the living room along with a closet with hangers. The bathroom area separates the shower from the sink, making it accessible to 2 or more people at one time. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and utensils.

Guests will share the large parking area with other tenants.

You can easily walk to downtown. To get to other areas such as Garven Gardens, Lake Hamilton, Lake Ouachita, the grocery store you can use Uber or Lyft, or of course your own vehicle.

Quiet hours are from 10PM-8AM and are strictly enforced. There are other guests in the building. Thank you for understanding. Pets are allowed, but no more than 2, no more than 25 lbs each. There is a $10/night/pet fee. Dogs must be in a kennel when left at loft alone. Pets are not allowed on furniture. Smoking is allowed outside of the house. Please pick up after yourself and pets:)
