If you’re looking for peace, then this place is the one you want!!! It’s so quiet! We enjoyed every moment we were there! If you need to run to the grocery store it’s just a quick 10 minute drive and there’s a gas station may 4-5 minutes down the road. The dock is nice and we caught a lot of rainbows right of it.

This place is Wonderful! If you are looking for a calm, peaceful setting with nothing but beauty and nature surrounding you...this is the place! It has basically everything you could need to make your stay as simple as possible. You really don't need to bring a whole lot as this place is fully stocked with all the essentials! We have family in the area and will definitely be renting each time we come to visit! 10/10 in our book!

Very nice and cozy

This was a great place to stay. Was very clean, plenty of room, nice and quiet neighborhood. The property owner was very friendly, quick to help and very attentive. Fishing was great. Definitely would come back in the near future.

We spent this past weekend with our son and his girlfriend at your rental. The house was great we had everything we could have possible needed. We fished all weekend. Caught lots of trout and even a couple of brown trout. We look forward to staying here again.

Everything was as advanced, but the owner has thought well ahead to make sure that their guests have anything they may have forgotten to bring with them. Pretty much had everything you needed on hand. That’s what we appreciated most. We couldn’t have asked for a better rental.

Great stay on the river...

My sons and I spent a quick two days at the cabin. It was super clean and comfortable. We caught some nice fish right off the boat dock and fried them up for supper. The check-in process was easy, and the owner was communicative and friendly. The kitchen was well stocked and the dock and fire pit outside were excellent spots to sit and relax. I highly recommend this rental. We will stay here again in the near future.

Peaceful Getaway- SO worth it!

My wife and I stayed the weekend at this house perched above the Little Red River with a gorgeous view of the water below. The property is well-maintained and clean: updated with all the modern amenities without diminishing from the "lake cabin" vibe. Booking, check-in, and communication with the owners/managers was smooth, prompt, and easy. We really loved the place, and are so glad that we were able to be there. so PEACEFUL AND FUN!!!p.s. fishing from the large, well-furnished dock/pier was AWESOME- I caught some brown trout and some rainbow trout. I brought some of them home to Memphis with us and had them for supper as we looked back on a enjoyable weekend.

This was the last place we stayed on our 5 week trip south. We saved the best for the last. I have wonderful memories of catching trout on the private pier, a surprise visit from a muskrat, pileated woodpeckers drumming in the background, and a great blue heron chilling. The charming town of Heber Springs 5 minutes away. A little bit of paradise before we head back up north to the cold.
