Welcome to High Country Howdy, a stunning new vacation home nestled in the heart of Steamboat Springs, Colorado. This spacious 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom townhome offers a perfect blend of luxury and comfort, accommodating up to 8 guests across its three levels. With three outdoor spaces, you can enjoy the fresh alpine air while dining, lounging or soaking in the hot tub!

Step inside from the 2 car garage to discover a warm and inviting home. The ground level has ample storage options for your gear, with a large closet to store it all. Walk out the front door to the first outdoor space, a large patio with seating for 6 and a fire pit. The bedroom on the ground level offers a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom.

Head up the first flight of stairs and to the main living area with an open floor plan, cozy fireplace and garage door wall in the kitchen for views or open it up for fresh air in the summer. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with modern brand new appliances. Enjoy meals at the kitchen island extension or open the garage door and dine at the outdoor table just steps away! This deck also has a built in gas grill and a heater above the table to keep the chill off on those cooler nights. The living space has a beautiful leather oversized couch and armchair that surround the modern gas fireplace. Those wanting to watch the big game or a movie can turn on the TV above the fireplace. If work is necessary while staying at High Country Howdy, there is a workspace off the living area which is behind large barn doors, keeping work out of sight! A full size washer and dryer are on the other end of the barn doors and are also hidden when not in use. The bedroom on this level has a queen size bed and shares the full hall bathroom.

Head up one more flight of stairs to access the hot tub deck and 2 more bedrooms. The primary bedroom is on this upper level and boasts a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with double sinks. The twin bedroom right next door is perfect for kids or friends and is equipped with two twin beds and its own ensuite bathroom. Besides the hot tub, this deck also has comfy seating for stargazing!

There is central air conditioning in this property, a rare find in town! All bedrooms have ceiling fans and TV's with streaming available.

For added relaxation, take advantage of the communal heated outdoor pool, multiple hot tubs, fitness center and game room at the nearby Wildhorse Athletic Club. Summer time means open windows in Steamboat at night, and sound carries. Loud parties, music or outside gatherings on the decks after quiet hours are not tolerated. We ask you please be respectful of the neighbors and the character of this neighborhood. Four Seasons Steamboat manages this Steamboat vacation rental on behalf of the owners. Four Seasons Steamboat is a locally owned and operated property management company located in the heart of Steamboat Springs, Colorado. As locals, we are here to quickly handle any issues and provide expert Steamboat insights! We follow all local rules and state laws regarding taxes, occupancy, and any other nightly rental restrictions.

Each of our vacation rental homes comes with the essentials needed to enjoy your Steamboat Springs vacation; towels, linens, bathroom products, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher soap, tissues, etc. You will be required to electronically sign our vacation home rental agreement to finalize your reservation. Your reservation total includes all applicable state and local taxes, Accidental Damage Protection, and a cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy:
Non-holiday reservations: Reservations cancelled at least 30 days before arrival day will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 29 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded whatever amount we can re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.

Holiday reservations (the week of Christmas and the week after Christmas): Reservations cancelled at least 45 days before the start of your stay will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 44 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded the amount we re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.

Is there a cancellation fee? You can cancel any reservation for free up to 48 hours after booking. After 48 hours we charge a $100 administrative fee for cancelling a reservation more than 30 days from arrival date (45 for holiday reservations).

We encourage you to buy our Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) insurance to ensure you won't lose any money due to circumstances out of your control.
