Cute cottage in a great location for your vacation destination. Cozy Cottage is located just one mile from public Lake Michigan beach access at Grand Haven State Park. You will also be within walking distance of downtown Grand Haven where you can shop, eat, and play! Make sure to spend time in the spacious backyard where you will find lounge chairs to soak up the sun or an awning to enjoy the shade and a gas grill for outdoor cooking.

This cottage features 1 bedroom with a queen bed and additional sleeping on the sleeper sofa in the living room. The home features a fully equipped kitchen and central air. The bedroom and all of the living space are located on the main floor of the home. This is a pet friendly home!

Note from Owner: "Welcome to The Cozy Cottage - This was my home for many years & I miss it daily!!! I miss the band-aid box top to the strip of copper covering old holes, the wood walls & ceilings, old door knob and crooked floors - the house has character. The main part of the home was probably built in 1860's with the kitchen area being added in the 1920's. It was a work of love to fix up and I hope others can enjoy its quirky cuteness. The location is incredible - you are with-in walking distance to beaches, shopping and restaurants. Every year we are able to do some improvements with the latest being the addition of the big sliders leading to the back yard. Next is the kitchen! So come back again and see what the next year brings. I hope you enjoy your stay."

You and your dogs can enjoy the fenced backyard, perfect for playing games or lounging in the sun. It's furnished with a table and chairs, making it a peaceful spot to relax and soak in the outdoors.

Here, your family will find Grand Haven State Park, which was voted in the Top 10 Best Beaches in the world by Travel+Leisure Magazine. The boardwalk stretches one and a half miles, beginning at Chinook Pier and ending at the iconic red lighthouse. Historic, affordable, and amusing, the trolley is continually traveling throughout the waterfront and downtown areas dropping you off at any desired location. At the end of the day, grab a blanket to sit on and head to the Waterfront Stadium where the whole family can enjoy the Musical Fountain. This synchronized lights, water, and music show has coined the title "World's Largest." This free show plays nightly at dusk throughout the summer.
