Have been coming to the Anchorage for 30 plus years. The only downside was the property was being painted on the outside. Got a message to remove the furniture from the balcony and put it in the outside hallways on before Sunday morning which we did. The main joy of my wife was sitting on the balcony in the morning and having her coffee. By Tuesday the lifts necessary to reach the 3rd floor hadn't even arrived so I drug a chair back to the balcony every day for her to enjoy her morning. when we left on Saturday the painters hadn't got to our balcony. I did commercial painting for years and did many large apartment complexes and the management companies always made sure that we didn't inconvenience the residents more than a day or so. This was back before e-mail and text messages. In this day and age it should be no problem to manage things a lot better than what was done. Communication has got a lot worse the last few years. Our first reservation got canceled for an odd reason and a lot of communication responses were just form responses.

Only issue we had was that the condo directly below us was getting new flooring put in which was noisy for a couple of days. Management called to check on us during the week and I told them about it. They weren’t aware of it since condo was privately owned. Absolutely love the location of these condos. Beach is beautiful and not crowded. Definitely recommend Anchorage II
