INSIDE THE HOME
The lakeside main home features three bedrooms—a queen in the primary, a bunk bed in the second, and a queen plus a full bed in the third—along with a sleeper sofa in the living room. It includes a full kitchen and two full bathrooms, providing plenty of space for a comfortable stay. The large indoor and outdoor areas make it perfect for gathering, relaxing, and enjoying the beautiful lakeside setting. This home is air-conditioned for added comfort.

The second home offers two bedrooms—a full bed and bunk bed in one, and a queen in the other—plus a sleeper sofa in the living room. It comes with a kitchenette and a full bathroom, making it ideal for smaller groups. Guests can enjoy the outdoor spaces and easy access to the dunes, water, and downtown. Please note, this property does not have air conditioning. Both units are not pet friendly.

OUTDOOR SPACE
There are 2 homes on this property, connected with a large deck that offers outdoor seating, a charcoal grill for cooking, and views of the dunes. It includes a wonderful yard with sand with no stairs to the lake. There's a dock should you decide to rent a boat and a public boat launch just down the street.

Silver Lake is located in Mears, Michigan, and offers shorelines along Lake Michigan and Silver Lake. While vacationing here you won't want to miss out on the experiences that the massive Silver Lake Sand Dunes have to offer. Rent a jeep of your own or head over to Mac Wood's Dune Rides for an adventurous ride on the sand dunes. Nearby is the Hart-Montague Bicycle Trail which will take you along 22.5 miles of scenic routes. The quaint little town of Pentwater is located just north of the Silver Lake area. Pentwater is the epitome of small-town charm with its shops, food, and ice cream. Don't forget to grab breakfast at Cherry Point, where they offer homemade donuts and treats daily. For dinner, spend an evening at Golden Sands, a small, family-owned restaurant and golf course that will leave a lasting impression.
