This spacious retreat features 5 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, nestled on 5 secluded acres but conveniently located just 3 miles from the Silver Lake Sand Dunes. The property includes a large pole barn for sheltered ORV/snowmobile storage. With ample parking space and abundant amenities, you'll feel right at home during your stay. Each level has a private entry, living room, coffee maker, and refrigerator, ensuring guests can relax in their own space. Unwind in the hot tub while soaking up the expansive Lake Michigan views after a day of riding the trails. We look forward to hosting you at our beautiful home!

The space

Enjoy exclusive access to our 2,800 sq ft home and 5-acre property with ample onsite parking for all guests! The main level features a cozy living room with a fireplace, puzzle table, puzzles, and books. The dining table expands to seat 12, and the spacious kitchen is perfect for preparing large meals and hosting family gatherings.

Our well-stocked kitchen includes cookware, silverware, plates and bowls for 12, drinking glasses, coffee cups, wine and beer glasses, a Keurig dual coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, gas stove, farmhouse sink, Emeril Lagasse air fryer 360, electric griddle, and a large fridge. We provide high-speed internet to counter Silver Lake’s poor cell service.

All 5 bedrooms have comfortable mattresses and high-quality linens. The upstairs bedroom features a walk-in closet, large bathtub, and shower with a queen bed. The lower level has four bedrooms with closets, luggage racks, and laundry hampers. It also includes a separate living room with a television and a bathroom with a vanity, shower, and toilet.

The deck wraps around half the house, with a private, separate deck off the upstairs bedroom. Our grill accommodates both charcoal and propane. The property offers delicious, crisp well water.

Enjoy the fire pit with chairs and a picnic table for outdoor meals. Relax on the patio furniture at the end of the day to enjoy the sunset with one of the best views in West Michigan. A fenced-in dog run attached to the lower level gives Fido a chance to run and play.

Our home is located in Mears, just a 2.5 mile ride to the Hart Montague trailhead or 5 miles to the Hansens parking area to trailer your sled instead. Enjoy seclusion in the heart of it all!
