This stunning 3-bedroom, 3-bath sanctuary is filled with natural light and features a chef’s kitchen, open living spaces, and a beautiful patio ideal for relaxing or entertaining.
Nestled near Lake Harriet and a serene stream (distanced at 1.3 Miles) , it offers the perfect balance of nature and modern comfort. Enjoy the scenic, walkable neighborhood with nearby trails and green spaces.
Please note: the property is not fenced, and the stream runs deep—supervision is advised for little ones.
We communicate with guests through third-party platforms, including VRBO, as well as via our property management system, Hostfully. Guests can reach us through email or SMS messaging for seamless and efficient communication throughout their stay
On the cusp of Edina, this South MPLS suburb has a city-like feel with a surprisingly vibrant entertainment scene, solid transportation options and shopping and dining scene.
Unique code will be sent to you one day prior to your arrival; this code is active on day of arrival and will deactivate day of departure. We have street parking on the front of the house (no permits needed).
The space is a chic and thoughtfully designed single-family home with a modern vibe, offering a fresh and stylish aesthetic while maintaining the charm of the original house. Contemporary updates provide every comfort, seamlessly blending modern elegance with a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests.
Just minutes from Edina and local attractions like Lake Harriet, this walkable neighborhood is perfect for exploring nearby historic and charming homes. For your convenience, we offer off-street parking in the driveway, accessible via the alley on the side of the house. Additionally, street parking is available directly in front of the property.
This home offers a welcoming space for families or those seeking a relaxing retreat. Located on a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood across from a creek, it provides a peaceful setting to unwind. The chef’s kitchen is fully stocked for effortless cooking, and the outdoor patio is a perfect spot to enjoy the changing seasons. With its proximity to Lake Harriet, guests can explore nearby walking and biking paths, pickleball courts, and a vibrant community filled with activities and charm.
Pets: We’re pet-friendly! Up to two pets are welcome per stay, with a $150 fee per pet.
Service Dog Policy
At Roxy Rentals, we’re happy to host guests traveling with service dogs — they’re part of the experience too! If you’ll be bringing a service animal, please send us your documentation in advance. Once verified, there’s no pet fee for service dogs, as required by law.
For The Modern Muse, we’re also pleased to welcome up to two well-behaved pups during your stay. Anything more than two can be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please note that cats are not permitted at this property. And because the property is not fenced and sits near a deep stream, we kindly ask that pets be supervised at all times while outdoors to ensure their safety.
Under local ordinances, service dogs may not be left alone in the home at any time — this helps ensure their comfort and keeps our space in great condition for all guests.

Refunds: All refunds are subject to a 4% processing fee.

This verification also allows us to provide a guest damage waiver, as booking platforms such as VRBO do not directly cover host property damage during a stay.
The process is applied consistently to every reservation and is handled securely through Truvi’s encrypted system. We appreciate your understanding as we work to protect our home, our neighbors, and the experience of all future guests.
