Welcome to your perfect getaway in the heart of Anchorage!
This spacious and inviting 3-bed, 2-bath home is ideal for families, groups, or anyone looking to unwind in a tranquil setting.
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an open concept living area that seamlessly blends comfort and style. The cozy living room features plush seating & a flat-screen TV, perfect for movie nights after a day of exploring. The full kitchen has ample counter space, making it easy to whip up delicious meals and enjoy entertaining the family while cooking. The lower home offers a second living space with a 55'' smart TV, great place for the kids to play games and watch their favorite shows.
Our rooms are pleasantly decorated, each bedroom has a queen bed with memory foam mattress with plush bedding and pillows for a great night's sleep. There is a bathroom located on each floor and stocked with your starter amenities, and plush towels. In the lower part of the home is a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer.
The home has a game closet upstairs located next to the bathroom that has board games that take up those quiet nights. The front yard is fenced, and the rear yard has a large secured fenced yard for privacy.
This property is centrally located in the heart of Anchorage.

You are within walking distance to Westchester trails, great restaurants, great entertainment within reach, nightlife at the world famous Chilkoot Charlie's, Saturady market across the street, Food trucks, and the Bear Tooth Theatrepub.
