A LAYOUT THAT WORKS WELL FOR GROUPS

The home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests and features a split-entry layout that allows everyone room to spread out.

Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms, a full bathroom, a cozy living area with a gas fireplace and smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. Downstairs, there’s a second living space that doubles as a bedroom, with two twin beds that convert to a king, two love seats, and its own TV—an ideal setup for kids, teens, or guests who appreciate extra privacy.

This flexible layout works especially well for families, friends traveling together, or small groups who want shared space without feeling crowded. The home is split-level, with a short set of stairs at the entry connecting the upstairs and downstairs living spaces.

You’ll enjoy quick, convenient access to both everyday essentials and Anchorage attractions. The home is located just three miles from Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport, making arrivals and departures easy. Grocery stores, Costco, Dimond Mall, restaurants, and local shops are all within a 5–10 minute drive.

Outdoor lovers will appreciate being only two blocks from scenic trails along Campbell Creek, perfect for walking, biking, or cross-country skiing. Downtown Anchorage, Kincaid Park, museums, and local events are all a short drive away. Despite the convenient location, the home sits in a safe, well-lit residential neighborhood that remains peaceful and quiet.

COZY, COMFORTABLE LIVING

This home is designed for real comfort. Upstairs, unwind in the inviting living room with comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, and a smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, bakeware, and all the utensils needed for preparing home-cooked meals. The dining table seats four and can be expanded to seat six for shared meals or game nights.

Bedrooms feature new beds, cozy bedding, and blackout blinds—especially helpful during Alaska’s bright summer nights for restful sleep.

FUN FOR ALL AGES

The garage game room is a guest favorite and provides year-round indoor entertainment. It includes ping-pong, foosball, electronic darts, and classic arcade games such as NBA Jam and Asteroids. Yard games, including ladder toss, are also available.

With three smart TVs throughout the home, everyone has space to relax, stream their favorite shows, or enjoy downtime after a day of exploring—rain or shine.

FAMILY-READY COMFORTS

Traveling with little ones is easy here. The home includes a Pack ’n Play crib, high chair, toddler dishes, and a spacious layout that works well for families. Parents can settle in knowing the essentials are already provided.

INDOOR & OUTDOOR ENJOYMENT

Step outside to enjoy morning coffee or an evening meal on the private back deck overlooking a birch-lined backyard. During the colder months, cozy up by the fireplace after time on the trails. New furniture and décor throughout the home create a warm, inviting atmosphere in every season.

FLEXIBLE SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

The primary bedroom features a king bed, the second bedroom offers a queen bed, and the downstairs space includes two twin beds that can be converted to a king, along with seating and a TV. This setup works well for multiple families, work travelers, or small groups who value flexibility and privacy.

YEAR-ROUND ANCHORAGE ADVENTURES

Anchorage offers something special in every season. In summer, enjoy hiking, biking, or walking along the nearby Campbell Creek Trail, or take scenic drives to Kincaid Park and Turnagain Arm. In winter, cross-country ski or snowshoe right from the neighborhood, or head to Hilltop Ski Area for skiing and snowboarding. On clear nights, guests sometimes catch views of the Northern Lights from the backyard.

PARKING & NEIGHBORHOOD

The driveway accommodates up to four vehicles in summer and two in winter, with additional street parking available. The home is located in a quiet, long-term neighborhood with friendly local families we’ve known for years—an easy, welcoming place to return to after a day out.

ENTRY & HOLD DETAILS

A short flight of six stairs leads to the front door. We do not require a security deposit. Instead, an $800 pre-authorization hold is placed one day before check-in and is automatically released within seven days after checkout.

GUEST NUMBERS
The number of guests listed on the reservation is the maximum allowed on the property (indoors and outdoors) at any time.

Requests for exceptions must be submitted in advance via the booking platform`s messaging system and approved in writing there.

NOISE & NEIGHBORS
Please be considerate of our wonderful neighbors and keep noise levels low, particularly during evening and nighttime hours.

SMOKING, BURNING & FIRE SAFETY
-No smoking, vaping, candles, or incense are permitted inside the home.
-Outdoor fire pit use or any form of burning is not permitted.

FOOD & CLEANING RESTRICTIONS
Cleaning, processing, or packaging of fish is not permitted inside or outside the home.

PROPERTY CARE
Please leave furnishings, décor, and kitchen items in the same locations and condition as they were upon arrival.

PLEASE NOTE
-We do not rent to local residents.
-A government-issued photo ID is required for all adult guests, and copies must be provided prior to check-in.


OWNER`S RIGHTS
Serious or repeated violations of house rules or platform policies—including unauthorized guests, disturbances, or unsafe activity—may result in termination of the reservation and removal from the property, at the host’s discretion, in accordance with the booking platform`s policies and applicable state law.
