Bonito estudio con magníficas vistas del río Big Deschutes. El estudio es una nueva adición, se adjunta a la casa principal y tiene su propia entrada privada. Hay una zona de cocina con encimera de granito, congelador, microondas, horno pequeño refrigerador / tostadora y estufa portátil de 2 quemador. Está muy bien decorado y tiene una cama de matrimonio de encargo hecha de hermosa barnwood vieja. Hay un pequeño muelle para un kayak, una canoa o un pequeño bote de pesca. La propiedad está ubicada 19 millas al suroeste de curva y 4 millas al suroeste de Sunriver.

Great place!

We stayed here for the Fairwell Festival, and it was perfect! Todd’s studio is very nice and clean, and there is a beautiful view out the back door. Would absolutely recommend staying here if you plan to be in Bend/Redmond!

The Studio was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed waking up in fresh Oregon air and beautiful reeds. The Studio was exactly as described and the finishing touches inside made it warm and cozy after a long trip.It was nice to call it home instead of VRBO or Hotel.

Central Oregon getaway

Enjoyed this beautiful studio on the Deschutes river. The hosts were excellent communicators and the property was perfect for exploring the surrounding area. We can’t wait to return!

Peaceful retreat

This cozy apartment was perfect for my annual “workcation” to Bend. It was so quiet and the park-like setting made it feel like a writer’s retreat. The kind and gracious hosts even gave me a ride so I could float the river back to the property. Even smoky skies did not deter from the peaceful experience. The apartment had everything I needed to stay a few days and the neighborhood was very quiet. It was fun to watch people float the river from the porch while working or eating. Thank you for the excellent stay!

Deschutes Riverfront Dream Location

What an excellent experience we had staying in Todd’s private riverfront guest suite! To begin, access and check in couldn’t have any easier. The guest suite we stayed in was perfectly located overlooking the Deschutes Riverfront. Room was quiet and peaceful with nice furnishings and breakfast bar for easy morning prep of coffee. Grounds had a nice green well manicured backyard for hanging out and enjoying the fresh air and river view. Really convenient to local golf and activities in SunRiver, we were just about 8 minutes from Crosswater Golf Club, and 10 minutes from SunRiver resort. If you need a great place, look no further you will not be disappointed! Todd is an Excellent host and very accommodating, his kindness made our experience even more memorable. Will be back!

Great experience

Came with my mom we were scheduled to go in may during Mother’s Day but their was unexpected snow fall and they offered to let us reschedule so we went in September and the property was beautiful and had everything we needed we didn’t end up using the view as much as we wanted as my aunt and her daughter ended up coming to bend to so we spent a lot of time out and about with them but they were still really great they were on site during this time which they gave us a heads up for for just in case we wanted different dates. When they saw our kayaks they offered to drive us up the river to let us come back towards the place and left us a Shutterfly book of destinations worth visiting during our stay and even a good place for coffee. Overall they were really great and accommodating and really went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Very thankful hopefully when we make it back out we will be able to take advantage of the view and the river more 😊

Awesome Owners

My wife and I had planned a short get away over the labor day weekend. We arrived late Friday night and enjoyed Saturday but then the smoke rolled in and was listed as hazardous. Without even asking the owners were very apologetic about the conditions even though it wasn't anything they had control over and they offered to refund us our last night as we couldn't do anything. We graciously accepted their offer but will hopefully return soon to this wonderful property. There is much more to explore and do in the area. I highly recommend visiting.

Perfect Get Away!

We were able to book with short notice and were contacted quickly. The booking and checkin process was very easy and informative. My husband and I loved the location as it was close to Sun River but incredibly peaceful and quiet. Wonderful accommodations! We plan on coming back here as soon as we can!!!

Beautiful property and guest house right on the river

We had a wonderful time at this gorgeous peaceful property just minutes from Sunriver. We loved the easy access to the river for some kayaking.

Great Time in Bend/Sunriver

We had an awesome time with this property. The backyard backs up against the Dechutes river. The large pines on the property sway in the breeze and my favorite time on the property was reclining back in the deck chair and watching the trees sway. It is a larger property with no one for a while on either side of you. You feel like you are out there in your own; very peaceful. The owners, Todd and Tammy, were wonderful to work with. Even when there was an error on the booking calendar that allowed for us to book when we shouldn't, rather than saying sorry you are out of luck for those dates, they offered us a few other dates and then gave us a discount. Once on the poperty, you have access to their phone numbers for any questions and the one and only time we needed help they were quick to answer. This is about 10 minutes away from Sunriver and closer to 20-25 minutes from Bend so know that if you feel the need to be in the heart of the city but we didn't mind the peaceful drive to our place after playing in the city or surrounding areas. Make sure you rent bikes in Sunriver and go hike Smith Rock State Park. They have different levels from easy to advanced for those hard core hikers.
