Este cálido acogedor condominio es el lugar ideal para su estancia en Sunriver. Equipada con todo lo necesario y más. La casa tiene una cocina completa con la sala de estar conectado. Lavadoras y secadoras están fuera de la cocina con máquinas adicionales en la casa club. También hay un patio cerrado con una barbacoa para su uso durante todo el año.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama de matrimonio con su propia televisión y DVD. Cuarto de baño completo maestro. El principal está situado justo al lado de la sala de estar.

El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales con TV y VCR. También hay juegos y rompecabezas para su uso en el armario. Genial para los niños de su propio espacio. Los propietarios han proporcionado un colchón de bebé para su uso. Hay un baño completo justo al lado de esta habitación.

Justo al lado de la sala es uno de los dos patios cerrados. El salón también cuenta con DVD, VCR y equipo de música.

Sólo por el camino a pie es la del condominio piscina privada y jacuzzi, con toallas de playa. Sólo cierra suficiente para connivence y lejos de cualquier ruido de la piscina. Imponentes Ponderosa Pines mantener este apartamento fresco en el verano y hermosa de todo el año.

Disfrute de las bicicletas proporcionadas para explorar las más de 40 millas de senderos para bicicletas en Sunriver y varias millas de senderos en Caldera.

Disfruta de todo lo que Sunriver tiene para ofrecer con estar a pocos pasos de la estación. Situado justo al lado Century Road en el Parque Empresarial. Sin ruido de la carretera, justo el hermoso bosque de Deschutes en su patio trasero.

This complex is one of the last cost-effective places to stay in Sunriver, and this is definitely one of the better condos. This was our third stay here and we've been very happy each time.Plenty of family games, comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, on-site pool so you don't have to deal with the crowds at the SHARC. Easy access to Sunriver via the bike paths or by car. And the condo comes with a few bikes for guest use.One minor thing, a towel bar for a hand towel in the master bathroom would be nice. But otherwise no complaints at all, and we'll definitely consider staying here again next year.

Outstanding property..exceeded descriptions.

Modern, clean, all needs provided as claimed. The only real issue...RUDE overhead tenants....stomping feet endlessly and children? 0laying trampoline, rough housing was rather annoying. All else was outstanding.

Family Getaway

We stayed in the property while we were visiting family in Sun River. The property was well maintained, clean, and fully stocked with everything we needed. Great hosts!

Condo was clean, master bed was comfortable. Kitchen appears to be well stocked although we did not prepare any meals there. Nice high quality towels. Digital key system works great. The negatives: Strong nasty odor, possibly coming from the kitchen sink, it's the first thing we noticed when we arrived. No soap or shampoo in the bathrooms, location of condo is not ideal, absolutely no view and not in Sunriver proper, lights shine into the master bedroom all night due to large walkway lights right outside the window (yes we adjusted the blinds and it was still illuminating the entire bedroom) Issues with the key for pool and spa area were finally resolved when the owner explained how to make it work, after several attempts to contact the manager. We would not recommend staying here if you are looking for a true Sunriver experience. We've been to Sunriver several times, this visit was a short one because we were just passing through, I'm just glad I didn't book it for longer than a couple days! Very claustrophobic condo.

Great weekend getaway

We stayed here for two nights while in the area to see a concert in Bend. The location is pretty and quiet, and the condo is modern, clean, and had everything that we needed. The pool and the hot tub are close, and we took advantage of those as well.

Clean and comfortable

I love the decor and everything you need is here. Washer/dryer are great, good water pressure, kitchen wear is new and functional. They have lots of pool towels. One of the best places we have stayed, the manager thinks of everything!

Nice condo, great location and price

We've stayed at Bridget's condo in Powder Village before and had great experiences both times. The downstairs condos are darker than the upstairs condos, but when it's hot out, the downstairs condos are a lot cooler, which is a trade-off we prefer. Kitchen is well-stocked for eating in, including a barbecue. Beds are comfortable. Bridget also supplies a few board games which we've used before. The pool is just around the corner. Powder Village is outside Sunriver proper, which means there are no SHARC passes, but the complex has its own pool and hot tub which we think are better than SHARC (from what we've heard, SHARC can be as crowded as Disneyland). And you're only a few minutes by car or bike from the main village area. And this complex is a lot more economical than a lot of houses or condos in Sunriver proper. We definitely recommend Bridget's condo and we'll most likely stay here again!

Quiet, comfortable and pleasant

This condo was very quiet and comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. It was clean, however the outside decks had quiet a bit of tree debris and dirt and seem to be excluded from the routine cleaning. The condo is due for a deep cleaning such as dusting, but at the surface level it was clean. We loved the private pool and we found a bike for all four of us ranging in height from 5'-6'6". This condo is in the business park so not super close to the village, however that made it quiet, which we prefer, and it was a quick bike ride or drive to get to the village. I was a little worried that it doesn't have a/c but being a shady ground unit with fans it stayed comfortable at the end of July. Would absolutely stay here again.

Summertime visit

It was a good size for one or two adults, very well stocked kitchen and stayed amazingly cool without AC during some very hot weather! We were there for a family reunion so spent very little time in the condo and didn't use the hot tub. But it was a good value for the cost and gave us a nice respite from the big, noisy family gatherings!

Had a great stay

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was comfortable and we liked the pool and hot tub. It was close enough to everything Sunriver has to offer. Although there are bikes available that are usable, we ended up renting bikes because the bikes weren't as comfortable to ride as we wanted. Just an fyi in case you plan to do a lot of biking on the wonderful bike paths in Sunriver. Overall, no complaints and it was a great experience for a getaway.

Excellent Property

Lots of towels, access to a community hot tub and pool. Place was well maintained and clean. Within a short bike ride to Sunriver Village. It is a little out of the way and mostly next to gas stations and other businesses but a great little retreat of condos for a couple, or a couple with 2 kids who can share a bedroom and bath. Property does not have AC but the inside was nice and cool during the evening and with open windows a very nice night of sleep. Had practically every single streaming service available on their TV. Lots of excellent viewing options. Most of our days saw us heading up to bend and/or the high desert museum. Being so close to the entrance of Sunriver was great for us. Did spend one day in Sunriver biking around and we were happy to find bikes that could fit bit myself at 6'5" and my spouse at 5'6" available for use. Was a great place to get away from the fireworks of the 4th of July. I would stay again.
