¡Recién renovado este verano! Una villa de vacaciones de lujo totalmente amueblada en una comunidad cerrada. Nueva alfombra, aire acondicionado, TV, colchones, sofás, muebles de comedor y mucho más. Reserve una estancia y disfrute!

Esta casa está ubicada en una zona tranquila con vistas a un lago privado. Está en una ubicación perfecta, cerca de todo, con Disney (4 millas), Sea World (8 millas) y Universal Studios (10 millas).

Esta espaciosa casa adosada de 1,296 pies cuadrados con tres dormitorios y dos baños incluye: sala de estar con TV por cable premium y DVD, cocina totalmente equipada y lavadora y secadora en la unidad. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king-size, baño principal con bañera de hidromasaje. El segundo y tercer dormitorio cada uno tiene 2 camas individuales. También hay una cuna disponible en la unidad. Incluyendo el sofá-cama, esta villa tiene capacidad para ocho. Se pueden realizar llamadas de larga distancia gratuitas en los EE. Everything was wonderful. The home had everything we needed. The property was lovely - I loved having my morning coffee by the pond. The pool was a perfect temperature and we loved the hot tub in the evenings. Thanks for the great time!

Quite townhouse community

The townhouse was conveniently located 20 minutes from every activity. It needed a few updates and repairs but overall ok.

Great Stay

The condo was convenient to the pool and lake, and it was on the backside of the community, which was very quiet. It was priced fairly and had everything we needed. The master bed was so comfortable! We will definitely return.

Good location/pool but DIRTY

Property was in a convenient location, pool was great, and owner was responsive. However, it was dumpy. Carpets are very dirty, master bathroom floor stained, lots of cracks/splits in the walls. So if that’s worth the lower cost then it’s satisfactory. I was disappointed as you don’t get the full scope from the listing photos.

The price was a good value and the place was clean but the rooms and living spaces were in need of care and maintenance (water stains in bathrooms, disassembled shower, lightbulbs out, sundry items leftover from previous guests).

Great place to stay

This property was close to the Orlando area. The rooms were great, the place was clean. I really like the key access, and the box to keep it in so we did not lose it. Close to the pool and hottub. The security team was great, I really appeciated them. I would recommend this place to anyone. Price was great. It was worth every penny of it. When messaging the owner, they responded very quickly.

Nice place

Everything was great however, a few small details would make a big difference. Showerhead in the master bedroom could be updated was very old and rusty. And just some holes in the walls and minor repairs on the bathroom tub downstairs could be fixed. Would have been nice to have more towels for showering and even would have been nice to even a few more beach towels in the closet downstairs as that helps people not having to pack those for vacation as they are bulky as well, as if you advertise that you have beach towels or pool towels that is a plus for me. All those aesthetics makes a difference in staying somewhere. Otherwise everything was great!

Good Property, Needs Updating

The location was clean and quiet. Unit was very close to the pool area. Disappointed we had to bring our own pool towels. Master bath needs updating as the side of the tub was held together with duct tape. In the kitchen, the toaster was broken and there were not enough dishes or glasses without chips for the 6 of us staying there so we supplemented with paper goods. Overall it met our needs and we had a lovely time in Orlando.

Let me start by saying that the unit did what it needed to do...gave us a place to stay. I've never read reviews on VRBOs before and they've all been immaculate. I wish I had read the reviews for this one...it needs a rehab and a deep clean. The host sent me a 'rental agreement' that was extremely 1 sided to favor the host. It did not have any info to cover the renter. I doubt this was drafted by an attorney and would not hold up in court. They have the expectation that we start the towels to wash before we leave. Why am I paying a cleaning fee? In addition to that, there was not any laundry detergent left. Makes me wonder if the towels were washed by the last guest without soap?The bar stools have fabric coushions that look stained as all get out. Too many people have peed themselves in laughter while sitting on those stools.There were 2 beer cans in the fridge. This is an indication that the fridge was NOT cleaned between guests.There's a stain around the toilet in the master bath that makes it look like someone bled out while sitting there. I'm sure it was rust from the bolts, but it didn't look good. The master bath and kitchen sink did not drain.The master bath was so slippery that I had to shower with my feet braced on either side of the tub so that i didn't fall.The paint was cheap, flat, construction grade paint. There were black spots around the unit where people tough the walls in the same place. There's more...but I'm out of space.

The place was as expected. We did like the fact that there were some staples in the kitchen that might be needed. Salt/pepper, sugars, etc. that was a plus. Minus....BEDDING WAS TERRIBLE. Beds extremely uncomfortable. I realize these are rentals but we would like to be able to sleep comfortably. Please upgrade for future residents. Extra bedding didn't seem to be clean for one trying to sleep on couch because twin beds were to hard.

Disappointing, this is hardly a "beautiful" property

The photos and ratings are very misleading. While the owner was responsive and check in relatively easy the property it's self was old and poorly maintained, sparsely stocked with linens (only 6 old towels, 2 downstairs and 4 upstairs, no wash cloths or hand towels) no kitchen linens. The furnishings, linens and pillows in the bedrooms looked as though they had been purchased at Goodwill. The garden tub off the master bedroom had packing and duct tape holding the access panels in place. Both bathrooms had substandard wall repairs and peeling baseboard paint. The twin beds upstairs had mattresses that felt like you were sleeping on box springs. Our arrival was after 8 pm and we wanted to make a pot of coffee and fix dinner, but the single kitchen sink garbage disposal was clogged with old decaying food and the disposal would not operate at all. Needless to say we were forced to make other dinner arrangements. The owner was quick in getting the problem handled the next day. While the location was convenient for our needs, this did not out weigh the property condition. This place definitely needs some TLC and upgrades to be adequate.

Poor condition.

Property was dirty, dusty and neglected. The listing is completely dishonest, this is not newly renovated as advertised. We could not sleep in the beds due to linens and mattresses being dirty, stained with urine, blood and other stains. The beds were unhygienic to sleep on. Carpet was filthy with ground in food, dirt and stains throughout. Carpet had not been vacuumed properly for a while. Walls, handles, doors were dirty with black marks and food stains. The dust in the property was so bad there was a thick grey line of dust along the top of every skirting / baseboard. This was months of dust build up. Bathrooms are tired and mouldy. Bath panel was held together with cello tape. Shower heads were covered in limescale. Blinds were broken with slats missing. Cooker rings and oven were covered in tin foil to hide food that hadn’t been cleaned for a while. Mildew on windows and dead flies on dusty window sills. Beds and furniture had not been cleaned properly and some furniture needs replaced. The property should never have been rented out in this condition. I couldn’t stay here due to the property being in an unhealthy state. The dust was a health issue and we couldn’t sleep in the beds due to them being unsanitary. VRBO were unhelpful. I had to find alternative accommodation at my own expense. I didn’t receive a full refund. I can’t recommend this property to anyone in its current condition. It needs extensive deep cleaning and renovation.

WDW/Universal For the Holidays

We stayed here for our Thanksgiving break for easy access to both Disney and Universal. The location was great! Easy access to local restaurants, souvenir shopping, groceries and more! The host was VERY helpful both before and during our stay-always available to answer any questions that came up! Complex was very quiet and the condo was tidy and just as described. Would stay here again.

Overall good

Plenty of space to spread out, and also to come together to eat or watch tv. We had 4A+2C. Main floor is primary br with en-suite. Two bedrooms upstairs with a shared bathroom. Cleaning lacked some attention to detail, but nothing disgusting. The clubhouse, pool, and bar were all a plus and in easy walking distance. Sam’s Club is right there and WM and Aldi are just up the road. House to Magic Kingdom parking lot was 30min. Overall it was a good price and location for what we needed.

Overall decent except for a few very noticeable things. Most noticeable are carpet needs to be replaced and toilet in master bathroom doesn't flush unless you hold the handle down. Also water has unpleasant odor. The entire condo could use some updates.

Great location - not the cleanest

Overall the layout and location of this place was great. We stayed here while we visited the Disney Parks. Very easy to get to and from the parks. These rentals are in a gated community and the guards at the gates were all very friendly. We didn't use any of the amenities for the simple fact that we left in the morning and didn't get back until the evening each day. We did get one of the cheaper rentals so we knew going in that the place wasn't going to be the newest or most updated. This didn't bother us, but if it bothers you I would look for a different rental in this group (there are a lot to choose from). The carpet needs to be replaced or at minimum stretched and professionally cleaned. Where the tile and carpet meets there are little nails sticking up that I ripped my socks on. Overall everything needs a good deep clean and they need a new cleaning lady. The beds were all made, but in reality the owners should invest in new pillows and comforters. Everything looked worn and wrinkly, but like I said we knew with the pricing it wasn't going to be the newest. However, common cleanliness should be expected. In the drawers my kids found left behind toothbrushes, trinket toys, toothpaste and other personal items. The thing that really upset us though is when my eight year old pulled back the blankets on his bed and there was a crusty spot left on the sheets which my husband said was most likely left over from an adult male. After that we were stripping sheets at 10pm at night and washing them. I reached out to the owner and she said sorry she will talk to the cleaning company. As for the rest of the house there was garbage under the beds, dressers, couches, etc. All the edges around the walls, tubs, toilets, and carpet edges need to be cleaned because they all have built up scum, dirt, dust and debris. There also needs to have some other basic maintenance done on their ceiling fixtures to prevent noise and flickering when they're being used. Lastly make sure to bring any needed items for longer stays. We stayed six nights and had one garbage bag and no dishwasher detergent. Not a huge deal we used bags from our groceries for garbage and did dishes by hand. Overall communication was great with the owner, but I would have appreciated a better apology over the sheets. If they get a new cleaning lady (as we realize the owners aren't the ones doing the cleaning) and do some basic maintenance this would be a nice place to stay.
