We recommend stocking up on any items you may need during your stay, as we do not provide regular restocking of these supplies.

✔It is in a commercial district; there may be some music noise at live-music noise (low) at night and some normal `business` noise during day. It`s on a side street but in-town.

✔During the winter season, the outdoor chairs on the porch and patio are unavailable as they are stored away to protect them from harsh weather conditions. Thank you for your understanding!

✔Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. You are welcome to smoke outside, though. Kindly dispose of your cigarette butts in the stainless trash container located in the parking area next to the exterior of the red brick building.

✔Booking party must be age 25+, and must be present at the home for the duration of the stay. No one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the property without their parent or legal guardian unless previously agreed upon in writing.

We had an absolute perfect weekend. The house was beyond our expectations! A bonus for us was having top notch restaurants within walking distance. We want to go back!

First, I want to note that the dates for my stay are incorrect and VRBO is not able to correct them. We stayed 12/4 thru 12/7. Additionally, we did not participate in a winery experience but VRBO is unable to remove the question so I rated it a 5 so as not to impact the overall rating for the property.Three of us stayed at this VRBO for a girls weekend. The location cannot be beat. You are within walking distance of numerous eateries and bars as well as a few boutiques and shops. We were able to walk everywhere including the Sherman Theatre for a Christmas show. A few noteworthy places we tried were the Willow Tree Inn for lunch and cocktails, The Vault for dinner, The Farmhouse for breakfast, and you cannot miss Pocono Soap. Two must stop shops for ladies are The Apple Tree boutique and Dunkelbergers. We spent an afternoon in Milford, about 50 minutes away, with a great downtown with lots of shops to explore. The house is as beautiful as pictured online. This is a historic building that has been fabulously and lovingly redone. It feels very chic, classy and modern while preserving the history. We were so comfortable hanging out in the kitchen and cozy living room. There are many added touches and extra amenities that make you feel right at home. The owners thoughtfully supplied the little things above and beyond the basics that make a big difference. The owners were easy to reach as needed and very responsive to an issue with the heat upon check-in.
